"Hey, y'all! Welcome back to the show! It's me Ellen here with the beautiful and talented Y/F/N! Let's give her a warm welcome." Ellen smiled and turned to you in her seat.
You waved to the crowd with a huge smile. Your ears quaked from their thunderous applause. When their greeting came to a close, Ellen started her interview.
"So, how are you these days?"
"I'm great, girl! How are you?"
"I'm well. Thanks for asking. So, you have a lot going on right now in your career."
"Tell me about it." you sighed.
"Well I could, but..." she joked, causing the folks in the room to laugh and emitting a chuckle from you.
"I have several projects I'm working on right now. I have started filming for a new scripted show coming to HBO. It's centered around the Black Lives Matter movement and how it relates to the past struggles of African Americans in this country. I also landed the role of Monica Rambeau for the new Avengers film coming out. And lastly, I am producing a LGBTQ+ rom/com with Lena Waithe. And I think that's all..." I giggled.
"You keep yourself so busy. How do you make time for all that? I hear that you back there FaceTiming executives and things while you waited. How do you keep up?!"
"I personally like being busy. It gives me something to do, but I manage. It's just a little harder when family and life begins to factor in, too."
"Speaking of relationships, how is Trevante?"

You chuckled as the audience hooted and hollered at the sight of your handsome boyfriend flash across the screens.
"He's great! We just got off the phone not too long ago,"
"Where is he?"
"He's in New York. He'd flown out there a few weeks ago to film a project. I miss him a lot. Especially, when I am sleeping in our big ass bed. There's way too much room without him."
"I never thought I'd hear someone say that...ever." Ellen chimes in.
"No, seriously. I'm so used to him being there—of course he's done projects out of town before, but it's always a lot for me when he's away." Ellen and the the crowd cooed softly, making you blush.
"You guys are too cute. I bet he misses you too."
"He better," you sassed. "I'm not playing with him."
