Chapter 5- Truth

"So your the exchange student from Japan, Right?"

"Yes!" The Girl cheerfully said.

"But why do you want to be a manager of Volleyball club? I mean there are more suiting clubs for you."

"Well, I always wanted to see how they play volleyball upclose." She answered.

"Oh okay. But I just hope that your not too loud."

"Huh, why?" The girl asked in confusion.

"Our Captain is kind of.. How will I explain this. Y'know he's kind of scary?"

"Really?"

"Yes, He punished many members who slacked of during practice. So I just hope that you dont get into he's nerves."

'Who might that person be?' The girl thought to herself.

"What's your name again?"

"Oh, my name is.... [Y/N]."

"We're here!"

When they arrived, they opened the door just to see the members running around. Some of them are playing, some of them are talking out loud and laughing.

"Oi there you are!" Hitori shouted.

"Uhmmm, what's with them?" You pointed the members.

"Them? Dont worry about them. Their always like these before practice."

"Huh?" You asked. You wanted to ask many questions but just let it be.

"You remember what I told you, right? The members got punished for slacking during practice. However, they are not punished for slacking before practice because the Captain is not yet here."

You suddenly get what he meant. You don't know who their captain might be but your curious who it is.

"Everyone, Listen!" The member shouted, getting the attention of every person in the Court.

"This is [Y/N] [L/N] and starting today, She'll be the manager of Volleyball Club." He announced.

"Whoa, a girl?"

"She looks so hot."

"We're so lucky."

"Hahahahah, how funny of you guys. That's not how a real gentleman compliments girls." Hitori looked at them sternly.

"I'm Hitori, The Club's Vice Captain." He introduced himself with a serious face. 'A Vice Captain, He already look so scary!! Then, Their Captain must be 4x scary than this one whaaa, he must be from another world if that happens.' You thought to yourself.

"Guys!! The Captain's approaching the Gym!! Quick! Clean everything. Clean the evidence!" Everyone started panicking.

Thud, Thud, Thud. Your heartbeat raised. You're too nervous at the same time excited to meet the Captain.

The footsteps are getting louder as you saw a famillar shadow, you froze in shock.

You pointed your finger at him."Your.."

"Oi, [Y/N] what are you doing." The Vice Captain asked in confusion.

"Hinata Shoyo?!" You asked, loud enough for others to hear and look at you weirdly.

"Wait, you two know each other????." Hitori asked in surprise.

Hinata also looked at you. As if scanning you.

Later he replied with the most hurting words posible. "Do I know you?"

"Ofcourse! I-It's me, [Y/N] We're classmates in Japan. D-dont you remember? We're first years back then." You said, stuttering. Trying to pick your words.

"Classmates?" One member asked.

"So that means, they new each other?"

"But why won't the Captain remember."

Hitori's curiousity about knowing Hinata even more, Increases as every day pass by.

About a week had past when the commotion about Hinata not recognizing you happened.

Hinata and Hitori are walking home together. Hinata have no choice but to agree since the day after you appeared and told Hinata things he dont remember, he's been overthinking, causing him to pass out right in front of Hitori.

"Shoyo, is there something..Your not telling me. Please, say it." Hitori said in a sad tone for the first time.

Hinata looked at the Vice Captain then looked away. "Fine, I'll tell you." Hinata said in a lifeless tone.

The Hitori stopped walking so as Hinata. "I..I have an amnesia." Hinata hesitate but decided to tell him anyways.

Hitori looked at Hinata as if the worlds going to end "You have.. an amnesia?.."

"Yes, my mother told me that I got into an accident. I dont know if that's the truth but when [Y/N] told me that we're classmates back then, I know that there's more to it. That my mother's hiding something from me." He explained.

"So that's why you passed out?"  Hitori asked. Hinata nodded.

"I get it now." Hitori replied. With a small grin in his face.

"Hey, dont smile. That's weird. You just look so sad then now your happy, what, are you in puberty now?" Hinata asked annoyingly causing Hitori to laugh.

"Starting today, I'll be taking care of you, My captain~." Hitori said, teasing Hinata, but He didnt bother.
