Hinata wear the clothing he wore on last year's Valentines. He don't know why but he have this gut feeling to do so.
Hinata arrived at the place. He looked around and walked a little further.
"Don't tell me..he's gonna trick me again.. I mean its already 10:00 pm so what do I expect? He's not patient enough." He muttered as he lowered his head. As he stopped on his tracks he saw a familiar looking shadow and a familiar looking shoes.
There, he saw a familiar sillhoutte."Kageyama." He called out, the sillhoutte turned around and a boy in jet black can be seen. He was a bit surprised to see that Kageyama was there, he didn't break his promise this time.
"Hinata." Kageyama responded. A smile formed at his face "I thought that you wouldn't come." He said in a soft tone.
Hinata looked at him weirdly "What are you doing at this hour?" He asked Kageyama in a very curious tone. Kageyama turned around once more. "I waited." He responded but this time, he replied bitterly. "I waited for weeks, I thought that maybe if I visited you instead, you might not wake up because of your hate to me."
Hinata fell silent. Kageyama continued "I told myself, maybe this is what you felt that day, waiting in vain." A smile formed his face yet he looked a little sad "I thought that you wouldn't come now that you wake up. You wouldn't waste your time on this little matter." Hinata's mouth quivered.
"I just wanna tell you that.. on that day, I actually went here. I wasn't with Oikawa." Hinata looked at Kageyama with Shock as Tears formed at his eyes and slowly fell at his cheeks.
"Hinata, I still liked you." Kageyama smiled bitterly. "Even if I told myself countless times that I liked Oikawa more than you. I still liked you." tears fell down on his cheeks "The one bounding me to that feeling is the memories I shared with you for a short time." He looked down.
Suddenly, fireworks started exploding in the sky, mixed colours that painted the lonely night sky. Just like what Hinata felt, the tranquility of his emotions was disrupted.
"Hinata Shoyo, I like you. I'm willing to restart again as a stranger." Kageyama replied. Hinata let out a sigh thats filled with sadness and loneliness.
"Bakageyama..there's no need for that." Hinata responded as red flushed at his face. "So you mean.." Kageyama asked in surprise as he looked at the little figure in front of him. Hinata only nodded in repond. Kageyama smiled sweetly.
"Dumbass, stop crying." He said softly as he wiped the tears on Hinata's cheeks. Hinata hugged him and Kageyama hugged him back.
The hug lasted for almost an hour as the stars in the night sky twinkled above them.
