Jimin remembered numerous times back in middle school when he and Taehyung were called by the teacher to interrogate them about their home works. She always seemed suspicious since both papers always held the same answers. They would both insist that they did it separately in their own homes, which was the truth. Sure they would hang out more often than not and sometimes extend to stay in each other's houses. But they never copied each other's works unless they were very desperate. Usually they'd ask help from one another or from smart classmates to pass, sometimes even discussing it. Most of the time they let the other be.

"Miss Han I swear Jiminie didn't copy mine and I didn't look at his. We live five blocks away from each other," Taehyung told his Math teacher for what seemed like the millionth time.

She instead looked at him and said "I don't know what to say Taehyung but this has been going for far too long and I want to get to the bottom of this. Why don't you just admit?"

"We're admitting we didn't do anything wrong except play video games and stay up late during school nights," Jimin spoke up this time. The woman just sighed. Then he had a sudden bright idea. "Teacher, my mom is gonna be picking us up after school. If you'd like you can ask her for answers if you don't trust us."

She seemed to think about it before agreeing all the same. "Alright then Jimin. But what about your mom Taehyung?"

"Sorry miss but she had to stay home to take care of my younger siblings," said boy replies.

After a few more words exchanged they were free to go. Jimin sighed heavily, his shoulders slumping from the action. "Sheesh this is like the billionth time she asked us about the homework thing," he said as he opened his locker to place his books inside. "I don't know what's up with her."

Taehyung scratches his head as he moves three lockers to the right, reaching his own and pulling it open. "I know right? I'm getting tired of hearing the same things over and over. Not to sound rude but she's like a broken record. So what if our answers are similar? Even I don't know why it happens but it just does."

"But I understand why she'd be suspicious; it's always the same. I just hope she accepts the fact we don't copy unless absolutely necessary. It's our rule right?" They head to the canteen for break. Beside him the other boy nods vigorously, completely agreeing. Jimin is comforted by that.

As they sit for their food Taehyung insisted "Still. She has to stop pestering us like that. It's always the next day after she gives an assignment. I hope your mom could testify for our innocence."

Jimin grins at the thought of his mom. "Don't worry. She will. She knows us."

Han Soo Jung sits by her desk, awaiting the mother of Park Jimin, one of her students. The door opens and she stands to bow and greet the nice older woman. She sits across from her in the little seat and adjusts her bag, smiling at the young teacher that teaches math to her son.

"Good afternoon Mrs. Park I just have a few questions regarding your son and his friend Kim Taehyung," she starts.

"Oh please do. Are they causing trouble? If so I will give them a proper scolding and see to it that Taehyung receives the same," Park Gyeong Ha says.

Soo Jung smiles. "Oh no ma'am nothing of the sort. They are both good students." She frowns a bit at the thought of the same worksheets. "Though I do have a little concern because whenever I give them assignments, they always have the same answers in each number. I am under the suspicion they are copying each other's works but they both tell me that they have done nothing of the sort. I would like for you to tell me what you think."

Gyeong Ha smiles in her motherly fashion. "I can tell you they're telling the truth Miss Han." At the barely suppressed look of confusion she decides to elaborate. "Jimin and Taehyung are close friends indeed but I know for sure they don't copy. Taehyung comes twice a week whenever there's no homework. Same goes for Jimin. They only discuss but they do the assignments in their own houses, sometimes with study groups."
