You looked between the two boys and shrugged, just playing it cool other than freaking out. You leaned into the couch and sighed, watching the movie and looked at the time to see it was getting a Lil dark.

Thank God... I was heating up...

"youre right! I'll start changing..." he hopped up from the couch. "you could just go in your pajamas?" Julian raised  a brow. "and ruin these angelic clothing? No!" he pouted and ran down the hallway and ran to his room. You could tell Julian was a little anxious "you know you don't have to go Julian if you don't want to..." you frowned and gently grabbed his hand and squeezed it. "no it's not that... It's..." he frowned and looked at the floor, he held your hand as well but dropped it and scratched the back of his neck. "I have been..." he was cut off with a loud thud then asra coming back with a hoodie his usual beanie and some ripped jeans. "let's go!" he smiled and made his way towards the door.

Julian Smiled and followed asra out of the door and looked back at you. "are you coming or not?" he smiled and raised a brow. "uh.. Yeah!" you nodded and ran out towards the two and closed the door behind you. You and Julian both ran down the street and towards asra who was already running towards his car. "hurry up you two! Gosh you are both so slow!" he played around and hopped into the driver seat. Julian rolled his eyes and was shotgun this time. "well if you would wait for us, you you wouldn't have to wait for us.." Julian chuckled and rolled down the window, resting his arm on the window. He crossed one leg over the other and leaned back. "you two stop fighting..." you muttered and hopped into the back seat looking out the window. “We weren’t fighting though…’ julian chuckled and looked back at the rearview mirror to look at you. “SILENCE!” asra screeched and held his hand up. “I need concentration as I try to find this place…” he whispered and started to drive the car down the road, looking around. He clicked his tongue and pulled out his phone and began to punch in the search bar the place the trio was going to. “No Texting while driving asra!” you pouted, joking of course though it would be nice if he were paying attention to the road considering he is a reckless driver. Asra waved his hand “pffft I got this, don’t worry…” he waved his hand and connected his phone to the bluetooth so he can hear the
GPS. “You never trust the GPS asra...everyone knows that..” julian chuckled and shook his head. “Yeah, well, what if i want to give her a chance!” asra stroked his phone and frowned at him, of course joking. “YEAH well it’s too late asra!” julian snapped back and picked up the phone, and pretend to shut off the GPS. “NOOO my only love!” asra snapped and gently slapped julians face. “It had to happen…” julian grumbled and glanced over ata him, a small grin pinching at the corner of his lips. Since he was in theatre, his acting was a bit more smooth than asra. “You acting is getting better julian! I forgot you were even joking…” you hugged your arms around his neck from behind. You can feel the auburn haired male stiff up a bit and blushed. “Uhm, eh, yeah thank you (Y/n)!” he smiled and timidly pat your hand.  Asra glanced over and frowned slightly, looking ahead at the road. “How is chemistry going for ya Asra? I know you have been doing that.” you smiled and pulled your arms away from julian. “Oh yeah! I really like it, i get to make basically potions…” he smiled and shifted in his seat. “You nerd..” you noogied him, shifting the beanie on his head. “Ay! Don’t touch mah beanie..” he pouted adn quickly adjusted it on his head.  “Oh quit being a baby…”  you pouted and leaned against the door to look out the window.
The familiar scenery of repetitive buildings and the same stores and the occasional car slowly dispersed as they left town. They eventually found themselves in an unfamiliar landscape of plains and the occasional tree and some herd of cattle. “Wooah, it’s the wilderness!” asra smiled and looked out the window. You rolled your eyes “You know how my parents are, never let me go outside!” you looked over at asra. “Yeah you do a have a point, maybe me and julian can take you to our hideout! Not even the finest of explorers can't find it…” ((What is this? Another possible chapter of this small series?))  he smiled proudly and held his chin up slightly. ‘And i’m the one who fou--” he was cut off by julian, quickly hopping in on the conversation. “Ah ah ah, I helped you!” he added and squinted at him. Asra nodded “yeah, you did..” he mumbled and scratched his chin. “But it is really beautiful, i’m sure you will like to see it.” julian glanced over at you and smiled. You smiled at him and nodded “I’m sure of it! What does it look like?”  you frowned and tilted your head. “It’s deep in the woods around that way under a waterfall..” julian pointed at a giant mass of greenery from afar. “Oh and the main code is what happen in the cave..”  asra looks around “Stays in the cave..” he whispered and nodded. You raised a brow “i’m curious now, i’m guessing you can tell me when me when i’m in the hideout?” you quirked a brow. “I don’t think we could tell you even then..” julian flushed a light red. Asra rolled his eyes “He does have a point, though i have no problem telling you but if..” he looked over at julian and back at the road. ‘If julian has a problem then alas I can’t tell  you…” you muttered and hummed a tune to himself. “Awww come on julian please!” you pouted and leaned on the arm rest between the two front seats. “Noooo! I don’t wanna tell..”  julian frowned and rolled his eyes. “Mkay…” you frowned and looked out the window since things went quiet. Asra stopped the car infront of a dark, dense and ominous forest. Something that no one would really want to walk into. “I don’t know asra...i don’t think the car can go through this…” you frowned and looked through the front window. “You’re right, that’s why we are walking!”  asra parked the car and turned the keys, the lights shutting down. “Wait...what??!” you and julian stammered in unison, you both giving him looks of disbelief. “Oh come on you big babies, we can’t turn back now!” I smiled and got out of the car and closed it, waiting for you two outside. You looked at julian and frowned, he returned the same expression and sighed, getting out of the car and shutting it behind him. You followed pursuit and walked over towards the two who were both looking up at the towering trees. “We are gonna get lost asra…” julian frowned and glanced over at him. “Oh quit being a big baby..we will just walk straight and hold hands!” asra smiled and held your hand. You could hear julian grumble to himself, you frowned and reached over and held his hand, stroking the top of his hand with your thumb. You looked at you and sighed “Alright, let’s go..”  he frowned and into the unknown the three of you marched in.

The forest was dark, not because it was night, but it didn’t have the sweet whimsical feeling of it. The trees twisted and turned into odd shapes, and some towered up above them almost as of they could touch the sky. Rare streams of silver moonlight escaped the trees shielding leaves, making it hard to see.

Asra had to make a makeshift pathway through the untamed woodland, shrubs and vines getting on the way. You could hear julian behind you grunting and hissing from twisting his ankle and tripping on something. You giggled and turned your head “you good Jules?” you smiled smugly. “Don’t...call me that..” he growled and finally found his footing and continued to follow behind the two. Meanwhile up at the front asra wa shaving the time of his life, taking pictures of the place and looking at his camera that hung around his neck. “Where the hell did you get that?” you pointed at the camera hung around his neck. “I always keep it with me, I like photography..”  he shrugged and sat it back on his chest once he was done taking pictures. You nodded and shrugged, you were currently a little nervous. You kept on hearing swift footsteps, and it sounded like multiple. Almost as if something was trying to trick you or make you anxious. Your head began to pound and you shook your head, holding your head. “You ok (Y/N)?”  julian frowned, holding you close, his voice laced with concern. Asra heard the concern in his voice and turned around, noticing how pale you are. “I’m..i’m just a little uncomfortable..it’s all good!” you waved your hand and smiled. Julian furrowed his brows, he looked mad but he was just concern. “You look like you saw a ghost, we need to get you back home..” he frowned and looked over at asra who seemed to hesitantly agree. “No! It’s fine, i can go on, asra really wanted to come here and it’s fine, i’m not a baby..” you stood up from julians arms and tugged your hand away from asra’s. You were flattered from the boys quick thinking of helping you and head back home. “Alright!” asra smiled,  he was a bit more happy and continued on walking. Julian sighed and shook his head and made sure to stay close. One thing is for sure, you weren’t the only one suffering from the footsteps. Julian could hear them to. But they seemed to be patting closer and closer, once it was to close for comfort. He twirled around to face what was following them but to only see a giant hulking figure towering over the kids. You and asra twirled around when you heard julian grunt and a loud snap of tree limbs breaking. Julian was thrown off course and that left you and asra in the animals view. “We’ve gotta go!!” asra yelled and began to charge in the opposite direction. “But what about julian!!” you frowned and turned around to see the giant mass of fur chasing after the two of you. ‘We will have to come for him later, but no one would be able to help him of we don’t get to shelter!!” asra snapped, trying to get it into your head. You looked up at him and nodded, frowning slightly and began to follow orders. The two of you ran as fast as you could, the wild fury of the animal still chasing after the two of you. Asra felt a spark of hope ignite in his chest once he saw a broken down cottage from afar, he grabbed your hand and took a sharp turn, leaving whatever was chasing you caught offguard. Asra pried the door open and struggled to open it, you felt the timer slowly tick in your heart as you turned around to see the giant dark mass charging towards you. Asra at last pried the door opened and pushed you inside along with him and slammed the door closed. He slammed his back against the door and heard a loud thump. You both panted and stared at each other for a long time in silence, trying to comprehend the events that were played out. “We will come back for Julian..” asra frowned and gently pressed a hand on your shoulder. “I know, we will start first thing in the morning?” you frowned and looked up at him. “Right now, we need to wait till morning so we have a better feel of our surroundings…” asra muttered and looked over at a fire place that seemed ot have some dried wood in it. “You cold?” asra frowned and walked towards the fireplace and pulled out a lighter. You nodded “yeah, a little..” you muttered and walked over towards him and sat infront of the dead fireplace. “Alrighty..” he nodded and started up the fire that casted the dark shadows away on the walls. You smiled sadly and walked towards the couch that was resting sort of infront of the fireplace. You grabbed a nearby blanket and cuddled up, frowning. “I hope he is ok…” you frowned and looked at asra who returned the frown. “I do to…’ he got up and held you close to help comfort you. “Just know that he is julian, he is as slippery as a snake and quick as a rabbit, i’m sure he won’t let some big old creature push him around like that…” he smiled, tracing imaginary shapes on your arm. You smiled at the thought and felt your eyelids growing heavy as you eventually fell asleep by the warmth of the blazing fire and the comfort of asras’ arms. You then fell into a deep slumber.
