You leaned against the tree that stood tall, leaning over the clear water of the oasis. The thin, delicate vines of the willow swayed softly to the cooling breeze. Relieving you from the burning heat from the hot core in the sky. You flipped through the pages of the book, frowning to see that you were almost done. "aw...but, i love this series, i guess I've read it 4 or 5 times already..." you chuckled to yourself and placed the piece of paper between the pages and closed it gently. "I'm pretty sure you've read it more that 5 times..." a familiar soft, warming voice could be heard from behind the tree. You looked up to see a familiar face with white silky fluffy hair that barely covered his eyes. "hey asra." you scooched over to give him some room to sit by you. "hey!" he walked over and sat criss-crossed next to you and sighed sharply. "whats wrong?' you tilted your head. He bit his lip and leaned his head on your shoulder. "just been thinking about things..." he muttered, the reflection of the water gliding along his tanned skin. "about what?" you played with grass below your fingers and glanced at him. Asra grinned playfully "things~" he cooed, leaving you grunting of aggravation. "Hate it when you do that..." you chuckled to yourself and gently leaned your head on his, his curls tickling your skin. "well then I guess that's to bad..." he booped your nose, leaving you smiling slightly. "You know...i don't know what I would do without you.." he leaned up and gave you a bitter sweet smile. You could see a hue of red flush on his cheeks, you smiled at the scene. "I don't know what I would do either...if you weren't here..." you looked down nervously then back up at him. He gently took you chin with his pointer finger curled under you chin, his calloused thumb brushing against the top. "I know this is sudden...but..." he glanced at the ground and looked back up at you glassy (E/C) orbs. "I....I Love You..." he felt his face heat up, and so did yours. "I Love You Too..." you pressed your lips against his. time seem to freeze as you cherished the moment, the emotion, the butterflies in your stomach. You didn't want it to end, but sadly you parted and you chuckled to yourself. "well...i thought that'll never happen..." asra scratched the back of his neck and let a nervous smile curl on the corner of his lips. "I thought that too..." you grinned and laced your fingers with his.
