Peter Parker's Pov

We sat there and talked about a lot of things. Like what happened the past year. Suddenly I realised how hungry I was.

"Aren't you hungry?" I asked.

"A little" She replied.

"Why don't you show me how that work" I suggested and nodded at the bracelet. "May might have some food in the fridge left that we can take without getting notice"

"You mean sneak in?" She said.

"Kind of?" I said.

"What if we get caught," She asked. "Or more I get caught"

"I promise I'll get you out," I said.

"Promise?" She asked.

"Promise" I replied.

"Okay let's do this," She said.

"First here with food get a favour from the other," I said.

"Deal," She said.

Then we took of. I lost her in my sight not long after. I swung into the building and slowly climbed on the wall. Avoiding all the people in the Avenger house I went into the kitchen. No one where there so I opened the fridge and took out some leftover from breakfast.

"Eggs, Bacon, Pancakes, Toast and some Donuts. Perfect" I said to myself.

I sneaked out through the window and swung away. I was sure that I was going to win. When suddenly something fast ran pass me.

At first, I was in complete shock and I realised two things.

One: The food in my hand was gone.
Two: The fast thing was Melody and she was cheating!

"Not on my watch," I said and swung after her.

I shot my spider-web on her and dragged her back. She flew back while I caught the food and swung towards the building. But she wasn't long after. Suddenly the food was gone again and I saw her running up to the top of the building.

I tried to shot her but she was to fast. She ran from one side to another to confuse me. When I knew that the game was lost I swung up. And when I reached there she was waiting for me.

"I won," She said.

"You cheated" I pointed out.

"We had no rules" She laughed.

I sat down beside her.

"Fine. What do you want me to do" I asked.

"Nothing," She said. "This is the favour"

She nodded against the food.

"It's delicious," She said.

"Are you sure?" I said surprised and she nodded.

That day he knew that it was something special about her.

Author's Pov

Weeks went and Peter started to develop feelings for Melody. They met each other every day. Some days they tried to find Zoe and others they just sat there and talked about life.

Every day Peter got more and more nervous around her. Trying to act normal so that he doesn't scare her away. But deep down he wanted to ask her out. But he just didn't know-how.

Another thing he didn't know is that Loki was suspecting his feelings. Loki had kept an eye on Melody and knew how close Peter and she was.

But Loki wasn't the only one. Because of one day when Peter was in his room thinking about Melody when Tony came in.

"Okay kid. Who is it?" Tony asked.

"What?" Peter said surprised.

"Oh so it's a secret," Tony said. "But have you asked her out?"

"I don't know what you're talking about," Peter said confused.

"Don't play innocent. I know that love look" Tony said. "Have you asked her out?"

"No," Peter said.

"What are you waiting for?!" Tony asked.

"Nothing" Peter replied. "It's just that I don't know-how. She's such an amazing person. I don't know why she would choose me"

"Come on. You're a good looking kid" Tony said.

"You Don't even know who it is" Peter pointed out.

"I'm sure she's pretty," Tony said. "You just have to ask"

"But I don't want to destroy our friendship," Peter said.

"Friendship can wait. Or be recreated" Tony said. "Time can't"

Peter thought for a moment.

"Fine I'll do it," Peter said. "I'll ask her out"

"Good kid. If you need anything just ask" Tony said. "And tell me when you're ready to introduce her"

"Not gonna happen soon," Peter said.

But it didn't matter. His first mission was to ask her out.
