i only read Shakespeare
in school, unwillingly
and even then i could not
understand the love stories
he wrote.
i could not fathom
the amount of love
he put into these characters
because i know i will never
feel that love
towards you
or anyone.
i write a thousand sonnets
for you
because i love sonnets.
i do not love you.
