"thank you!" you said to the cashier.you looked inside the bag.there was chocolates,some blue fruit punch and a small dog plush.you smiled as you made your way out the plaza.you could see children running from each other,throwing snowballs at each other.you smiled at them,reflecting on your past.you grew up in a family who never lived in a place where it's cold.you shook your head as if those quite intrusive thoughts would simply disappear.you finally made it out of the plaza and into your car.you set the bag on the seat to your right.you put your keys in and started the car.you drive out of the parking lot.

you met him when the first snow fell,back in 2038.you met him at the detroit police station. "hello,i'm (y/n).you said,holding out your hand. "i'm connor,the android sent by cyberlife." he said.you looked at his face.it seems that he didn't register how a handshake works. "do you not know how a handshake works?" you said. "that is not within the boundaries of my programming." he said.you took his hand onto yours and softly shaked it.you scanned his face for a reaction.you smiled a bit.it seems like he was astounded,you thought.you started borrowing connor from hank,even though connor's prompt instructions were to accompany hank,but he didn't really say anything about it.until finally,connor asked you out in front of the entire work area.you were sorting out the latest android cases when connor asked you to come to the front of the work area.confused but curious,you took his hand and walked with him to the front.there he kneeled on one knee. "(y/n),will you be my significant other?" connor asked.you scanned his face.his eyes held a slight feeling of disappointment,disappointment that would come if you turned him down.but you couldn't see why you would turn him down.you loved him very much.you smiled softly and crouched down to his height. "yes,connor." you said. "i'd love to be yours." and from there everyone clapped and hollered.even gavin,although you could here "fucking plastic prick" from his mouth.you hugged connor. "i love you." you said,kissing him on the lips.you stopped kissing him.you touched your lips gingerly.for a android's lips,they sure feel real,you thought.you looked at connor.he didn't know how to react.you laughed softly. "connor,let me kiss you again." you softly grasped his cheeks and kissed him on the lips.connor tensed,but soon relaxed into the kiss.suddenly,he deepened the kiss by licking your lower lip,asking for entrance.you gasped.you broke out of the kiss.you stared at gavin and the others.he and the rest shifted awkwardly in their spots. "get on with it,will you?!" gavin yelled.you rolled your eyes and laughed.you and connor kissed again.

you made it to your destination.you got out of your car,grabbed the little bag and walked to the gates.the gates were like the protectors of this place where time seems to stand still.you pushed it open and entered through it.finally,you made it to his spot.you crouched down. "hey,you." you said. "i hope you're doing well.i love you very much connor,and there's isn't a single day where i won't stop loving you." you grabbed the blue fruit punch and put it next to his gravestone.then you put the chocolates and the small dog plush on the other side.lastly,you kissed his gravestone softly. "i love you connor." you said as you walked back to your car,old wounds reopened again once a year.
