Today was Thursday, one more day till the boys would tell me everything they knew about this Tiress scenario.
It turns out Ren had the same classes at the same time as I did. I felt sad for her though. In gym the girls came up to her and talked until I showed up, then they'd walk away. I told her if she was my friend no one else would talk to her, because I was friends with Ray and James. Ray and James told her exactly what they told me about how everyone thought they had weird abilities. But instead of being irritated like I was, she smiled and excepted us for who we were. She said she didn't need any other friends, that we were enough.
Now all four of us were in mentor class. And Ren made a outstanding statement that ruined our plans for Friday completely. " I've decided that after art club on Friday, I'll stay over at Ray's house with you guys!"
"What!?" Ray and James said together. No one cared if they yelled because they ignore us.
" I was hoping for a better result," Ren said saddening.
"What about your parents? They haven't met our parents yet." James did make a good point.
"Camie told me how she had her parents meet yours so I thought why not do the same thing!" Ren explained. She also had a good point. "Your parents wouldn't mind if we met at your house and then later stay at Ray's right?" Ren asked James.
He got a defeated look on his face. "Honestly they really want to meet you and your parents. They also want to see Camie's parents as well, so they won't have any problem with everyone coming over again. I'm just glad I haven't told them that you live right across the street," James said looking at his desk.
" So that's settled, after art club we'll all walk to James's house have our parents meet us there. Then Ray's and Camie's parents can drive us to Ray's since they live on the same street." Ren had this all planned out.
..........................
" I really can't wait to meet Caine and Greg!" she said finishing her food. Yep it's lunch time. "I'm going to put up my tray you guys stay here," and with that she left.
"I can't believe this, she ruined our plan," I heard Ray mumble.
"Now how are we supposed to tell you the information of a Tiress if she's there," James said looking at me.
"She didn't completely ruin it," I said finishing my food. Ray looked at me,
"How's that?" They asked.
"Why don't you guys just tell her too. She is our friend she'll figure it out sooner or later," I explained. They looked at each other.
"That's not a bad idea, but what would she think of us then?"James asked.
"And what would she think of you?" Ray questioned.
" Let me guess another riddle," I said mockingly.
"No riddle this time," James said with a smirk.
"That's good because I haven't figured out the other one you gave me." I swear they torture me. "It really doesn't matter what she thinks, I know for a fact no matter what she'll stay our friend. She told me herself, even if something's too hard for you to handle you get up and keep trying to over come it. But know that your friends will help you. Then you become stronger." I will never forget that.
They were shocked. They soaked that in. I didn't understand it the first time, but it helps me get through each day.
" She's something else isn't she," James said. His eyes softened.
"You're right Camie, we do need to tell her too," Ray admitted.
"Let's put our trays up too and go to science early. How's that sound?" I asked standing up.
