thanks for reading! just a quick author's note as this story continues to gain traction...

this story is considered lolita-esque, but is NOT at all romanticizing or condoning the actions within this book.

this story is about an unprofessional, inappropriate and extremely wrong relationship/love story between a 13-14 year old girl and her teacher.

with that being said, it is much like a novel "My Dark Vanessa" if any of have you have read/heard of that book, this is very much in the same vein. not condoning or romanticizing the love, but very much just giving perspective to it and how complicated love can be.

just to reiterate, he is grooming her, he is a pedophile. there will be repercussions to this.

please vote and comment! this story is still ongoing!!

As I make my way to my mom's car, I silently wish I had never been so obvious about my relationship with Michael, but it's too late for that now.

"Oh, I forgot to mention that Hayden and B are coming over later to work on a project for English," I mumble as I slam the door on her Toyota Corolla...wait, what? Doing a 180, I ogle at the brand spanking new car in front of me.

"Um...this is new," I note, gesturing toward the car and she chuckles as she shuts her door much less firmly than I did.

"I was surprised you didn't notice earlier," She laughs again as she wraps an arm around me, gazing adoringly at the shiny thing.

"What's the occasion?" I feel the need to ask. We're not exactly a wealthy family so this is kind of coming as a shock.

"Oh, I guess your father felt like spoiling me. You know we're all gonna die someday. Might as well spend it while we can enjoy it," She nonchalantly points out as she turns on her heel, locking it up as she goes. I find myself still ogling at the expensive ass looking vehicle in front of me, but eventually I follow my mom into the house.

"Want me to make you a sandwich?" I hear her call from the kitchen as I remove my very faded white high-tops from my feet. Okay, something's definitely wrong.

"Nah, I'm good. Not that hungry." I answer quickly, rushing up the stairs and shutting the door quietly, just in case my dad is home and wants to talk - something I definitely don't want to be doing right now.

As the hours tick on and I wait for Hayden and Bianca to show up, I find myself fiddling with my phone way too much. Waiting...waiting for what? I can't even answer that myself. I'm not sure what the hell happened earlier. He treated me like an object and yet...I liked it. I needed him in that moment just as much as he needed me. And I know he cares about me for more than just my body, I just forgot that's what a man is going to want sometimes. This is just all so new to me. My obsessive thoughts are cut short with a single knock to the door and my mother's head popping in.

"Your friends are here," She offers me a half-smile and I weakly return it before turning back to what I was doing (which wasn't much) as I hear two pairs of footsteps entering my carpet-covered room.

"Hey," Bianca speaks first as the door shuts behind them. I can't tell why but I flinch slightly when that door shuts. The idea of being somewhat trapped in here with them until I explain everything that's been happening is quite daunting. Swiveling around in my desk chair, I find it suddenly extremely hard to face them as I play with my fingers in my lap.

"You gonna look at us?" Bianca speaks up once more and at this I tear my eyes from my lap and up to their concerned, expectant faces. I take a deep breath, gesturing for them to sit down and if I wasn't so anxious I'd laugh at how formal this feels. I lean against the wall, my feet on Bianca's lap and Hayden sitting cross legged across from us.
