"So what's the plan?" Jennie asked sipping her iced tea while sitting criss cross on the skinny, wooden counter chair.

Chaeyoung took a deep breath.

"I have to find them, and ask for forgiveness, no matter how hard it is...I have to get my friends back." Chae looked determined at the brunette drinking tea.

"Good," said Jennie approvingly. She put down the empty glass down on the marble counter and stood up off the chair.

They had been sitting in silence for a while after their small heart to heart.

When they were finally able to stop their tears, they sat down and stayed in complete quiet. Chae eventually made iced tea and Jennie got the courage to start the conversation. After freshening up of course.

Jennie pulled her caramel colored hair up into a high ponytail, her now completely vibrant, natural face exposed under the kitchen's bright lights.

"I'll find the girls. Then I'll text you the location and you can meet us there." Jennie said grabbing her phone.

Chae looked unsure. "Are you sure you want to do this? Jennie-ah I don't want you to get mixed up with my fight with the girls. What if they get mad at you too?"

Jennie gave an encouraging smile, "I want to fix this Chaeyoung. These are my friends too. I'm not gonna stand around and watch your asses have a wrestling match. Just be ready when I text you."

Chae nodded and Jennie opened the front door, suddenly pausing, "Chae?" The older girl said quietly.

"I know you just want them back but be calm. You have to imagine how they're feeling. Hiding something like that from your best friends is a big deal. And lying...? Not to mention you know about Kira's trust issues. Just...try not to go all out ok?"

Chaeyoung nodded understandingly and they both shared a knowing smile before Jennie exited the apartment silently.

Chae poured another cup of iced tea and tried to take a sip. Before it reached her mouth she caught her reflection in the glass.

She looked like shit.

"Ughh." She groaned and set the drink down loudly on the counter.

Chaeyoung made her way to the restroom for what seemed like the hundredth time and quickly washed her face, not bothering to put any makeup on.

"Screw mascara." she thought. "I'll probably just mess it up again later."

She left the bathroom and made her way to the living room sofa.

As she sat down she immediately felt a sharp headache, remembering the previous events.

You played me like a fool..
