Panicking, I ran faster.
"CHAEYOUNG!" I yelled as her face went numb.

Jennie's Pov.
I ran.
I didn't care where.
I just had to get away.
Jisoo's words really got to me. My bullying days were my darkest times and the girls now I hate any reminders of them.
I think I heard Lisa call after me but I didn't even turn back around to check. I just needed to get out of there.
When I made it across the bridge, I checked my surroundings. Most places were restaurants or shops, but there was one small, dark alleyway that my watchful eye spotted a bit farther away.
"Perfect." I thought as I wiped my tears.
I walked in the alley direction, rubbing my arms for warmth as I shivered in the cold. My thin distressed jean jacket providing little protection from the low temperature.
"Nice going Jennie, a T-shirt dress and knee high boots." I rolled my eyes at myself.
The tall lamp post and dim moonlight lit my path as I walked silently. It seemed as if not many people were here at this time, the streets were mostly empty except for a few customers here or there.
"I thought it would be busy at this time..." as I spoke I heard commotion coming from a bit further down the street.
"Leave me alone Jackson!" A female voice yelled.
"Aww, don't play hard to get you tease..." a male one replied.
Interested, I focused my eyes in the direction of the conversation. I saw a girl about high school age with medium length brown hair cornered by a tall guy with a menacing smile.
The girl tried to leave but was quickly stopped as the guy grabbed her waist and slammed her against the brick wall.
"You leave when I tell you to leave." The guy said with a sick grin.
"Back off you creep, she said to leave her alone."
I stood neck to neck with this Jackson dude, my resting bitch face activated and glaring the hell out of him.
"Who the fuck are you?" Jackson screeched dangerously eyeing me.
"Your dad's side bitch." I answered with a sarcastic tone.
"What the f-"
Before he could say another word I elbowed him in the stomach, causing him to let go of the girl's waist and fall down clutching his sore abdomen.
"AHH! SHIT YOU LITTLE-"
The girl who was now free from Jackson's grasp kicked him where the sun doesn't shine and looked down at him with pity.
