Chapter 33-Paris Nights

As the night at the pub went on, I noticed Noel continuously looking at me, I tried not to let it bother me but it was this really wasn't a good start to my plan of trying to move on from him. Unless he was staring at Meg because she and I were together most of the night. The whole group of us were there until the pub closed down and was forced to kick all of our drunk asses out, Liam was hung off my shoulder being a drunken idiot yelling at everyone we walked by "VIVE LA FRANCE!" which was semi embarrassing but also funny at the same time. Once all of us were back in the hotel room I threw Liam onto the bed and gave him a glass of water "Do y'know how much I fucking love you, Ivy" he slurs "probably not as much as I love you" I reply giggling "Fucking, no way babe I wanna marry you" he slurs then closes his eyes next thing he was snoring. Was he being serious? You tend to tell the truth when you're drunk, maybe he was but I wasn't bringing it up in the morning unless he did. I wasn't ready for bed yet so I decided to grab one more beer and Liam's pack of cigarettes so I could sit on the balcony and watch the view of Paris probably until the sun came up; as I placed myself on the chair someone followed closely behind me, Noel. I lit my cigarette not knowing Noel was standing there, "You're so beautiful Ivy" Noel blurts out causing me to jump "Fuck, Noel!" I yelp "Sorry, sorry didn't mean to startle you" he says pulling up a chair "Why aren't you asleep?" I ask "Couldn't sleep so I thought I'd come out and get some air, didn't think you'd be awake" He says "I'm feeling the same, I put Liam to bed and just wanted some quiet for awhile" I reply dragging my cigarette. I threw Noel the pack and he lit one up joining me, we didn't speak for a few minutes just trying to enjoy the quiet. "I like Meg, I think she's really nice" I say breaking the silence, Noel looks up at me "Really?" He asks "Seriously, she's great" I say smiling then he didn't say anything; "I'm only with her to make you jealous" he admits "Noel don't be a dickhead like that," I say "At first I was but now I see the way she looks at you and you look at her, don't treat her like shit keep her around for awhile" "So you aren't into me anymore?" Noel questions "It's not that, you know I'll always love you but it's time for both of us to move on and if somewhere down the line we end up together then I'll wait patiently for that day" I reply. He probably didn't believe me but if Liam and I didn't end up working out and same goes for Noel and Meg, I'd gladly try and make it work with him.
