Chapter 29- Don't Walk Away Love 2

The party was in full swing, but there was no sign of Noel yet which kinda worried me but I just continued with partying trying to get my mind away from him; "This party is great Ivy, looks like Liam is having a good time" my mate Beth says "Yeah I'd hope he's having a good time" I laugh "Who's that with Noel?" She says turning toward the door. I turn to see Noel with some blonde in a white cropped tank top and coloured pants, he held her hand and moved through the crowd of people then to me "Hello Ivy Daniels" he says as usual when he sees me "Noel" I say staring at this bird with him, she nudges Noel to introduce us "Oh shit right, Ivy this is Meg and Meg this is Ivy" he says. Meg puts her hand out to shake mine, I shook her hand giving her a half smile "Drinks are in the back garden plus food, just help yourselves," I explain "Liam should be 'round somewhere" "Thanks kid" Noel says taking Meg back through the crowd of people, Beth looks at me "Are you alright Ivy?" she asks, Beth knew the whole story of me and The Gallagher's and she knew how I felt about them both plus she probably saw the look on my face when Noel brought her in, "Yeah I'm good," I say smiling "I might just go throw up though" I hand her my drink then run up stairs to the toilet. I wasn't actually throwing up but the tears fell from my face as Noel walking in with Meg replayed in my head, there was a faint knock at the door "shit!" I mouth "Just a minute!" I call trying to gather myself "It's me Ivy" Noel calls, I walk to the door letting him in once he saw my face I knew that he knew that I'd been crying "Why aren't you downstairs?" he asks "I just needed a few minutes alone, it's a lot of people down there y'know how it is" I reply trying not too look at him. Noel places his finger under my chin tilting my head toward him "You told me I could move on" he whispers, I begin to cry again "I know, it still hurts" I cry; He brings me in for a hug, he was wearing my favourite cologne of his "I don't think it will ever be easy" I say "No it won't" He replys rubbing my back. I pull away from the hug and kiss him, realising what I was doing though I pulled away "Fuck Noel" I say "just like our first kiss" he says. My mind then went back to that moment in the hallway of the Gallagher house where Noel caught me leaving Liam's room after a long night and we kissed in the hallway, it brought a smile to my face just thinking on it "I knew that'd make you smile" Noel says "Yeah, that was a good day" I reply, Noel cups my face kissing me again for a bit longer this time "Now go downstairs, find rkid and stay with him" Noel explains "Don't even look at me with her the rest of the night, you'll just feel like shite if you do" I nod and leave the toilet and Noel behind me.
