Book Title: Forced Marriage to the Mafia Prince
Author Abigailhunt2
Total score: 27.

Summary: 4/10.
This is because the summary is just a short (error riddled) excerpt from the book. It didn't have anything that immediately caught my attention.

Grammar: 5/10.
The grammar is, to put it bluntly, bad. She switches from past tense to present tense, from 1st person to 2nd and 3rd person and back again. It's very confusing. Also the dialogue is quite painful to read.

Spelling: 9/10.
Surprisingly very little errors in the first three chapters.
Punctuation: 6/10.
A few major errors here and there, but nothing catastrophic.

Originality: 3/10.
Not that original to be honest. The story's basis is very cliché and has been done to death millions of times before.

Short review: This story could have been better to be honest. The first two chapters were too short and didn't really give me an incentive to continue. Perhaps with a better cover, better grammar checker and a little bit more imagination, it can see myself maybe giving it a second try.

Book Title: Countdown: A Dinosaur Story
Author: ElijahCole11
Total: 43/50

Summary : 8/10.
A perfect summary in my opinion. Short, sweet and straight to the point. He dosen't divulge too much information, but still drops little hints to hook us in.

Grammar: 8/10.
A few mistakes. Nothing major.

Spelling: 9/10.
Very, very few errors (he misspelled cretaceous for example).

Punctuation: 8/10.
Minor errors.

Originality: 10/10.
I've read a few books based on dinosaurs before, but I've never read one with a concept like this. The Doomsday clock was a nice touch and I might continue it when I have the time.

Short review: A worthy candidate for the action category, it's one of the few books that I've liked on sight. The cover is epic and the plot is not that bad. The few qualms I have about is the voice of the story (which I feel should be a bit more formal) and the sentences that tend to drag on for too long.Total score: 42.

Book Title: Dawn of Corruption
Author: teklis
Total score: 43/50

Summary: 8/10.
A great summary, especially for a fantasy novel. It quickly introduces us to the world, our main characters and their quest without giving too much away. Excellent.

Grammar: 9/10.
This guy reminds me of my English teacher. It's just so perfect.

Spelling: 9/10.
A word processor made flesh. ;)

Punctuation: 10/10.
Need I say more?

Originality: 7/10.
The concept is not that original (but hey I doubt any fantasy idea hasn't been used at least once these days) but is still thrilling once you get past the slightly boring first paragraphs.

Short review: Not a bad fantasy work at all. There's lots of action and though it could use a little more world building, this just might be one of my favourites. More grease to your elbows.

Book Title: The Devil's Backbone
Author: Aysline
Total score: 42/50

Summary: 10/10.
This summary is to die for.

Grammar: 7:10.
There's quite a few major mistakes in the first chapter, though it gets a bit better in the second one. Nothing that a quick reread wouldn't fix though.

Spelling: 6/10.
Low because of that first chapter. It doesn't completely ruin the story but it's very distracting.

Punctuation: 10/10.
Perfection itself.

Originality: 9/10.
I'm not normally a huge fan of stories concerning the army (I come from a country where they commit terrible atrocities) but this one hooked me immediately. Especially with that summary. Dang.

Short review: There's very few things to criticize about this work. The chapters are moderately sized and the dialogue is only slightly boring. It's a bit too fast paced for me, but that's maybe because I only read two chapters. More reads may mean I'll like the pacing.

Book Title: Fighting Animals
Author: LolaDom
Total score: 47.

Summary: 7/10.
It only got marked down because I feel it's too long.

Grammar: 10/10.
Perfection.

Spelling: 10/10.

Punctuation: 10/10.

Originality: 10/10.
I've never seen a work like this, either on wattpad or anywhere else. It literally oozes newness and originality. A perfect ten.

Short review: At first I was very hesitant towards this book (what kind of name is Fighting Animals anyway?) but then I struggled through the first chapter and then I was hooked (mostly by Delilah, but Conner's not bad too.) I has everything I like in a book (except magic, but all books can't have that) and isn't afraid to tackle hard issues. I smell a potential wattys winner on our hands.

Book Title: Red Talons
Author: thorn_
Total score: 33/50

Summary: 5/10.
The summary's not bad, but it's not good either.

Grammar: 5/10.
At times it felt like I was reading the work of a child. A five-year-old child.

Spelling: 10/10.
No misspells here.

Punctuation: 9/10.

Originality: 4/10.
Being a dragon rider has been clichéd to death already and the poor writing style doesn't help matters at all. I guess it gets some originality points for being set in the modern times (if it is set in modern times, it's really unclear) but the whole things feels way too rushed.

Short review: This work isn't completely unreadable but I think the writer should wait until they're a bit older (and wiser) before attempting to tackle themes like child abuse. It doesn't happen the way the writer seems to think it happens and even the evilest people in the world have at least one redeeming trait.

Book Title: Welcome To The Board Game
Author: CocoS_14
Total score: 39/50

Summary: 6/10
The summary is not spectacular to be honest. It dosen't have that flair good summaries do.

Grammar: 8/10
Perfect all around, though there are some weak sentence structures here and there.

Spelling: 10/10

Punctuation: 9/10

Originality: 6/10
A hunger games type scenario isn't really cliche but it could have been executed better in my opinion.

Short review: This isn't the most terrible dystopian work i've read but it isn't the greatest either. There's nothing to really hook me in that all important first chapters but maybe there's more in the following chapters.
