Chapter 7: Saturday night Fun 1

a/n: Hello there! Here's Chapter 7, fresh from  author-nim's imagination. Ahhaha just joking.

The acquaintance party was awesome. All fourteen of us dancing and eating the food on the table. Well, most of the eating part was done by Enshuo and Mingrui, but....yeah that happened.

Anyways, today is Saturday. It's been two days since the party and yesterday went pretty well also. Finally! My prayers have been heard and I can finally rest.

I sat up straight from my bed, stretching my arms and legs while I  take my time.

When I was done doing my lazy wake up routine, I headed straight to the bathroom and washed my face.

When I was finished I checked my phone for notifications and surprisingly, there were 3 of them.

One was from Zeyu, another was from Xinlong, and the third message was sent by Mingrui.

My heart skipped a beat for a momment as I unlocked my phone to see their messages.

I opened Xinlong's message first and it reads,

"Mingxiao! Hiiii! Last night was a blast! Thanks for helping me clean my shirt and sorry if the orange juice also ruined your dress:( Anyways, have a great weekend."

Sender: Xinlong
Sent: 8:14 am

I giggled at Xinlong's message as I remembered what happened last night.

Xinlong was so tired of dancing so he went to the food table and got some orange juice.

We didn't watch where we were going and bumped into each other causing the juice to spill over us.

The two of us just laughed it off and tried to clean our clothes. Luckily, almost all of the stains were cleaned.

I smiled to myself and started to type my reply to Xinlong.

"It's okay Longlong. I had fun last night thanks to you guys."

Sent to: Xinlong

Next, I opened Mingrui's message and it reads,

"Hi Mingxiao! I shouldn't be bothering you by now since I know you're tired from last night, but I just wanted to check on you:)"

Sender: Gougou
Sent: 7:57 am

I read Mingrui's message and I can't help but smile as I type my reply to him.

"Good morning Gougou! Yes, I'm fine and no you're not bothering me at all. Thanks for your concern:)"

Sent to: Gougou

After replying to Mingrui's message I opned the last message on my phone which was from Zeyu. And it reads,

"Good morning Mingxiao! I think you really did enjoy last night and that's great that you managed to make friends with the other boys. And for the last time, nice taste with the red dress. You're the best! Anyways get some sleep, I'll see you on Monday!"

Sender: Xiaozeyu
Sent: 8:34 am

Just like the messages that Xinlong and Mingrui sent, I can't help but giggle and smile at myself.

Before deciding to go downstairs to eat breakfast, I replied to Zeyu's message.

"Hi Zeyu!  Yes I did enjoy last night and thanks for the compliment. I'll see you on Monday and have a nice weekend."
