I've been walking around the city forever, it's night and I'm sipping my wine which I stole from my mom. Let's just say I'm drunk.
I'm in front of Jake's house and I'm staring at his front door. I'm drunk but I know I would wake his mom if I knocked on the door. I walk to the backyard and pick few small rocks from the ground.
"Jake." I whisper and throw rocks into his window.
"Jake." I say louder and I see a light lighting up in his room.
Sleepy looking Jake opens the window.
"Em?" He asks and rubs his eyes.
"Hey Jake."
"What are you doing here? Is that wine?"
"I'm... I might be drunk." I giggle.
"You? Are drunk?" Jake chuckles. "I'm coming out." He says and shuts the window.
Jake walks in the backyard wearing only cargo shorts.
"So. Emily, who basically never drinks alcohol, why are you in my backyard drunk at three in the morning?" Jake asks as we sit on the ground.
"My dad said I can't date you anymore."
"Huh?"
"I don't know. He tried to accept you but he just don't like you." I sigh.
"Well, I totally understand." Jake shrugs. "I'm not really the best option for you."
"I just got mad and when my parents went to sleep I left."
"And you came here. Instantly after you were told not to be with me."
"Yeah." I smile.
"Rebel." Jake whispers.
"I'm getting too drunk." I sigh.
"Are you okay?" Jake asks.
"I'm feeling a little bit sick."
"That's what you get when you get drunk from red wine." Jake teases me.
"Throw up in the bushes if you need to."
I start feeling sick, maybe drinking whole bottle of wine wasn't the best idea after all. I also start feeling embarrassed because I might have to throw up in front of Jake.
And I throw up, into the bushes, onto myself and to my clothes.
"Are you feeling better?" Jake asks and rubs my back.
"Little bit." I whisper.
"Let's go inside." He says and lifts me up and carries me into the house.
He carries me straight into the bathroom.
"I go find you some clean clothes. I need to take you back home so you should take a shower, there's clean towels in the shelves."
I take off my dirty clothes and I go to the shower and close the shower curtain.
