3: what ?

"sir, your package. please sign here and here," ryland said pointing at two blanks on a clipboard. i nodded and did as i was told before taking the box from his hands and placing it on the kitchen table.

before i could say anything else, ryland quickly thanked me and closed the door. thud! i heard a sound come from the door. a leather wallet had fallen, probably from ryland's pocket. just as i was going to open the door, garrett had appeared in front of it and rang the doorbell. i opened it and butterflies began to emerge from cocoons in my stomach. he winked at me seductively before taking off his jacket and leading me to my bedroom.

garrett unbuckled my belt along with his. suddenly, my phone rang and i quickly picked it up.

"hello?"

"shane dawson? we have received your appeal for your place as an interior curator in our studio. we have accepted your requested,"

"oh, really ?? thank you so much !!" i replied in ecstasy. with a wide smile on my face i turned to garrett and told him the wonderful news. he gave me a peck on my cheek as a sign of congratulations.

he pinned me against the wall with my hands over my head. out of the blue, we heard knocking on the door. garrett, totally ignorant to the knocks, continued to give me hickeys on my neck. i struggled out of his grip and headed to the door, garrett following behind me with his lips still attatched to my neck.

before opening the door i nudged him to let go but he refused to do so. thinking it was ryland returning to get his wallet, i took the wallet off my table and opened the door. the moment i did so, ryland tripped on the 'welcome home' rug and accidentally pushed the door open, revealing garrett.

he was like a deer caught in headlights. his eyes widened further at the sight of garrett's lips on my neck.

"babe??" he stuttered.
