I looked to the side, a farm sat quietly in the field, a plume of smoke rising from its ground. I walked over to it, deciding to check it out. Sure enough, the farm was swarming with Peggies. I sent Peaches to the left and Boomer to the right, silently taking down the Peggies on their respective sides. I pulled out a grenade and threw it at a cluster of Peggies, killing them once it exploded. They freaked out, looking around for the source of the attack. I laid in the grass, hiding from their sight as they ran around. Peaches and Boomer picked off odd Peggies when they drew close enough. Waiting until not Peggie was looking in my direction, I aimed and fired my gun in quick succession. Two more Peggies dropped. Every Peggie began to fall, either to my bullets or Boomer and Peaches claws. I stood up, collecting supplies and ammunition around the farm. Boomer and Peaches padded up to me, I stroked both of them.

"Good job, guys. Really proud of both of you." I praised them. I spotted a truck nearby. Grabbing the keys from a body, we jumped into the vehicle and drove to Nick's. I parked in front of the house, gunshots ringing out all around. Boomer and Peaches leapt for the vehicle once I opened the door. They split off, taking one side each. I smiled, proud that they knew what to do, without me even having to tell them. I ran into the gunfire, shooting Peggies left and right. I noticed the Peggies changing their bullets.

Must be Blissed Bullets. Better take them out quickly I thought. Quickly running around, I dodged and ducked behind the vehicles, shooting the Peggies every chance I had. A man stood in front of the house, using the Peggies distraction to his advantage, began taking them out. Soon every Peggies had dropped. I stood up, collecting the Bliss bullets and regular bullets from the bodies. Might be useful eventually. I walked over to the man, hearing him complain about his plane.

"Hey, I heard your call on the radio. My name's Jasmine, but most people call me Rook." I introduced.

"We're trapped. We're fuckin' TRAPPED! I swear to God, I'm gonna kill that son of a bitch John Seed. You see them Peggies take off with my plane? I need it back. That was our ONLY chance of getting' out. I'd go myself, but my wife's pregnant and due any second and... I just don't know what I'm supposed to do... I mean... without that plane, we're fucked." The man begged.

"Why don't I go and get it back for you?"

"You would, thank you! I'm sorry. I don't like getting' emotional... Name's Nick by the way. Look, if I know the cult, they've taken my plane to John Seed's ranch. It's got the only other airstrip big enough to land the thing." I nodded, before hopping back in my truck and driving to John Seed's ranch. As I drove by, I destroyed another silo by the road. As we approached John Seed's ranch, Boomer and Peaches split up, taking either side. I snuck around, disabling both of the alarms, before trying to locate Nick's plane. Peggies began to run towards where Peaches was, drawing their attention. As they ran past, I waited until they began to group together. Once together, I threw a grenade at them, taking each of them down. I looked around, seeing the remaining Peggies catch on to where I was. I drew my gun and fired at them, taking them out quickly. As more began to file in, I ran for cover, Peaches and Boomer pouncing on my attackers. Soon the last Peggie dropped, I collected anything I could find before letting the Resistance know John Seed's ranch was free. Other Resistance members came, helping me to clean up and destroy any Eden's Gate propaganda.

"So, you've taken my home, our home, in the name of your little Resistance corruptors. Ah, if those walls could talk... Well more accurately scream... Just know that I will get it back... sooner or later. And when I do, maybe I'll hang your corruptors' skins as a trophy above the mantle." John's voice rang out over my radio.

I should be scared, but I will fight to the death before I let him hurt my friends. I talked to the others around, hearing rumours and tips from them, before jumping into Nick's plane. I drove the plane out of the garage and took off into the air. I had to leave Boomer and Peaches on the ground, it was too dangerous to let them in the plane.
