A tiefling boy named Valgrim is in search of the Assailants responsible for his mother and fathers death he is also accompanied by a aasimar paladin and a rouge ranger.
The next after the battle with the behir. Valgrim,saroas, and Troy reached jahal cove; but something reached Valgrims mind as they reached port.
"Hmmm...What did despair see on his investigation? I must find out when we reach a tavern." Valgrim says to himself
"Finally we made it to jahal cove." Saroas Says
"Well what's our plan now?" Valgrim asked
"Well for starters we need to visit captain mead first he wants to meet y'all then I reckon we get geared up for what ever work he putting on us understand." Troy says dousing his cigarette
Saroas looks over to Troy with a look of shock. As Troy says captain mead and Valgrim looks over at Troy almost confused.
"Wa-Wait you cant be talking about that captain mead! Are you?" Saroas Says in fear.
"Who's captain mead?" Valgrim says bored and confused.
"Captain mead one of the most infamous pirate lords of La Circunus." Saroas explains as their were escorted off the volten
"You be right about mead. But he and his crew all retired. I reckon they all work in the town. Best we head to the captain himself we wouldn't want to keep him waiting." Troy Says as they started walking
Valgrim begins looking around why walking to governors. He noticed a lot of other races in jahal cove. There where tabaxi, elves, humans, halflings, and many other creatures. Saroas felt a sense of chilling air of fear run up his back.
"I honestly feel uncomfortable about this place. And also the fact we're meeting a pirate lord." Saroas Says tremblingly behind Valgrim
"Saroas quit ya bitching and grow a pair. How come you can't more like Valgrim he's not bitching" Troy Says to saroas
"That's because Valgrim doesn't even understand what this place is. AND I RATHER DIE THEN BECOME A DEMON LIKE HIM!" Saroas Says back
They made it to the gate to the governors house. A very large palace like building. They entered the building and as they set foot threw the threshold of the door everyone stopped and noticed Valgrim. All the people were armed with visible pistol and cutlass at the read. Everyone slowly reach for the pistol.
"Everyone please not to worry they are our guest please go back to your drinks." A voice says from the top floor.
Troy places a hand on Valgrim.
"Grim do me a favor. Don't talk unless mead asks you a question ok." Troy Says to Valgrim.
Valgrim nods and made his way up stairs with Troy and saroas. One of guards knocked on the door.
"Captain they're here." The guard says
"Aye send them in." Mead replies
Valgrim enters first followed by saroas then Troy. The door closed and four guards were standing in front of the door.
