I wake up, crying. I miss you, mommy... I'll be fine. I bet she misses me just as much as I miss her. I wonder if I'll ever see her again. I walk into the colesium. No one is here yet. I'll just wait. I walk up to my balcony. I remember a song I had heard once. I think about the lyrics and my voice follows along. My hood slides off my head.

There was a time.
I used to look into my fathers eyes.
In a happy home.
I was a king I had a golden throne.

But those days are gone
Now the memories on the wall
I hear the songs
From places were I was born.

Up on the hill across the blue lake
That's where I had my first heartbreak
I still remember how it all changed
My mama said

Don't you worry, don't you worry, child
See heaven's got a plan for you
Don't you worry, don't you worry now
Yeah!

There was a time, I met a guy of a different kind
We ruled the world, I thought I'll never lose him out of sight
We were so young, I think of him now and then
I still hear the songs reminding me of a friend

Up on the hill across the blue lake
That's where I had my first heartbreak
I still remember how it all changed
My mama said

Don't you worry, don't you worry, child
See heaven's got a plan for you
Don't you worry, don't you worry now
Yeah!

Don't you worry, don't you worry, child
See heaven's got a plan for you
Don't you worry, don't you worry now
Yeah!

Don't you worry, don't you worry, child
See heaven's got a plan for you
Don't you worry, don't you worry now
Yeah!

Don't you worry, don't you worry, child
See heaven's got a plan for you
Don't you worry, don't you worry now.
Don't you worry, don't you worry child
Yeah!

Claps echo through the colesium. I quickly pull up my hood. I take a deep breath and turn around, smiling nervously. The whole colesium has filled as I sang. I rub the back of my head, laughing nervously. I pull my hood over my face, completely covering my blush. I slide down, hitting the ground.

"You okay?" Mira asks. I shake my head, not letting go of my hood. She soothes me as the competition starts.

"Day four of the Grand Magic Games, commence!" The announcer shouts. "Today's game is called Naval Battle! Strap yourself in for a delightful scurmage in the sea! As you can see, in the center of the arena there is a big ball of water. If you get pushed out, you lose." I tune out the rest, clenching my fists.

"This one is my go, got it?!" I ask my team yelling. They nod. I smirk and jump into the sphere fully clothed. The announcer finishes announcing us and the battle commences.

"How do you expect to fight fully clothed?!" Gajeel yells from the stands. I sit back and wait for the others to take each other out.

Minerva is beating Lucy to a pulp. I throw myself into the battle. Minerva glances my direction and looks back to Lucy. I growl. I throw a vine, grabbing Lucy's keys.

I'm sorry, Lucy.

"Nature Dragonslayer: Roar!" I yell. A tornado of plants pushes the beaten fairy out of the sphere. The other teammates run to her side. Natsu looks up at me. I look away from him, at Minerva. She has a large smirk on her face. I float, waiting for the attack.

"What? Have nothing to say? Sting said you were a loud mouth." She taunts. She starts attacking me, I take all the attacks. I hear the crowd go silent. I smile at Minerva. She looks surprised.

"What? Have nothing to say?" I mumble. "Plants love water."

"Unless you drown them." Minerva argues. My smile grows. A timer goes off. I pull my hands together, my magic wrapping up my arms, encasing my arms in vines. She attacks while I prepare my attack, hitting me everytime. The entire bubble is filled with white light. I thrust myself at Minerva, grabbing her ankle. I drag her to the edge. I place my foot on her chest. I blast her out of the sphere with green fire. She looks stunned. I thrust my hand up in victory, the crowd goes wild. I thrust myself out of the sphere, towards Natsu.

"Natsu, will she be okay?" I ask. He nods.

"Her injures were severe but nothing permenant. You got her out of there in time. Why'd you let it get that bad?" He asks, yelling at me. He grabs my cloak. I sigh.

"Sting was distracting me. I'm sorry." I apologize. He releases me and we face Sabertooth. We glare at their smug faces. Gray and Natsu move forward to attack. I thrust my hand before them, my cape swishing. I look at the other guild, ignoring the crowds chanting. "Let settle this..." Natsu punches his hand.

"I'm all fired up now!" He yells. The other teams expression never waver. I sigh and hold my hand up, signaling Natsu to stand down.

"...Peacefully. You should know, making an enemy of Fairy Tail is a decision you will regret." I start. I turn to walk away. I snap, appearing in front of Sting. I look him dead in the eyes. "But. Messing with me will guarantee your downfall. You know why I never show my face?" Sting looks into my eyes, his expression barely wavering. His hand starts to tremble.

"No, why?" He asks. I smirk, pulling my scarf over my face. I push my hood down. I face the crowd.

"LOOK FAMILIAR?!" I ask, yelling to the crowd. Many different variations of 'Green Blaze' ring out through the crowd. Sting shivers. "I am the almighty GREEN BLAZE!" With that, I walk out past Sabertooth to the infirmary.
