The proposal

Chapter fifty
(Charles POV)
Today Kristen is going to tour the Santa Monica college with Gavin and Avery.
Allie and I have a day alone because Alli has the twins. I bought a beautiful ring so I can propose to Allie.
She hasn't suspected a thing and I am glad.
I get out of bed and change into some board shorts and a black top. We are going on the pier and when we ride the Ferris wheel I'm going to do it.
Allie comes into the bathroom and kisses me,
"I love you."
"I love you too."
She grabs a pair of jeans and a tank. She changes and does her makeup.
I slip the ring into my pocket and put on my chucks.
I go downstairs and get some cereal. Allie comes down a little later and smiles at me.
"Someone's excited about the pier." She nods and gets some cereal,
"I love the pier!" She sits across from me and smiles.
We finish eating and she puts her galaxy vans on,
"Ready to go?" She nods and grabs my hand. We walk to the car and get in.
I check my pockets for the ring and my phone, I can't forget those two things.
She drives to the pier and we get out once we get there.
"What should we do first?" I ask her.
"The Ferris wheel!"
"But it's better when it's later in the day, it's less crowded..."
"True. Ok how about the roller coaster! Can you go on it?" I nod and grab her hand. We walk to the roller coaster and wait in line.
"I really want to get a churro later." I say and Allie nods in agreement.
"That sounds so good!"
It's finally our turn to go on and we sit next to each other in the front row.
"You have to put your hands up ok?" I say and she nods.
"The whole ride?"
"The whole ride." She nods again and we put out hands up once we get to the top.
We laugh and scream the whole ride.
Once the ride ends we get off and I grab Allies hand.
"Churro time?" She nods and we go in line to order our churro.
We get one big one to share.
She breaks it in half and gives it to me.
I smile and take it,
"Are you having fun?" She nods,
"I always have fun when I'm with you." She kisses me and we continue to eat our churro.
"Let's go play some games!" She says and stands up.
I laugh and she grabs my hand,
"Let's go! I can't wait any longer." I run with her to games.
We have the unlimited pass so we can play however many games.
We've now played five rounds of the shirt thing, two rounds of the balloon dart, six rounds of ring toss and Allie beat me at most of them.
I think it's time. The suns is starting to set and the Ferris wheel is pretty much empty.
I grab her hand and kiss her cheek,
"Wanna go on the Ferris wheel now?" She nods and skips ahead on me.
I laugh and walk behind her.
We get in the short line for the Ferris wheel.
We get in a basket and the ride starts.
I start getting really nervous and tapping my foot.
When it gets close to the top I get out of my seat, which I across from Allie, and I sit next to her.
"Here we go." I say to myself and I grab her hands,
"Allie, we've been together for about two years and I think now is the perfect time. You've helped me through the highs and lows in my life and I want to be with you forever. I love you with all my heart and I still love Brianna, even though she isn't physically with us." I move so I'm kneeling in front of her. I get the ring out of my pocket and hold it out to her,
"Allie, will you marry me?" She puts her hand on my shoulder and covers her mouth with her other hands,
"Yes, of course." She replies and sobs. I put the ring on her finger and I go back to sitting next to her.
She hugs me and sobs into my shoulder,
"I love you so much," she says into my shoulder.
She looks up at me and kisses me.
"I love you too." I kiss her back and the Ferris wheel stops.
We hug until it's our turn to get off the ride.
I walk off and stand by the side of the pier hugging and kissing.
She stops crying and kisses me again.
"I love you."
"I love you too." She smiles and hugs me again.
She lays her head on my chest and looks at the ring,
"Does it fit?" She smiles and nods.
"It's beautiful."
"Just like you." She looks up at me and smiles. I kiss her and we walk to the car holding hands.
We get in the car and drive home.
"I can't wait to tell Kristen. Does she know?" I shake my head,
"Did you tell anybody?" I shake my head again,
"Nobody knows about this."
"Good job Mr. Trippy, that's shocking." We both laugh and I nod,
"It is shocking."
We arrive home and go inside to find Kristen and Gavin.
"Hi Kristen, hi Gavin." They look over at us and smile.
Allie walks over to Kristen and shows her the hand with the ring,
"Does this look infected?" Kristen grabs her hand and looks at it for a second.
"Is that a ring...?" Kristen asks looking up at her. Allie nods and Kristen jumps up and hugs her,
"Congratulations!!!" She screams and jumps up and down with Allie.
"Dad, why didn't you tell me?" I shrug and give her a hug.
"Miso happy for you two!!" She squeals and hugs us both.
Gavin stands up and hugs us also. Allie starts crying again and hugs me.
I smile at her and tuck her hair behind her ears and kiss her,
"I love you."
"I love you more."
"Not possible." I kiss her again and wipe her tear stained cheeks.
As the sun started setting we skyped her parents and told them the news.
We then told Shay and Colette and the band.
After we told everyone we went to bed. She cuddles up next to me and I wrap my arms around her. I kiss her head and whisper,
"I love you."

I need baby names and the gender
