Midoriya's POV

The party was in full swing.

Over at the Bakusquad table, Kaminari was chugging something while everyone was yelling, "Chug! Chug! Chug!" Midoriya laughed. His table had Uraraka, Iida, and Himari. They were all dressed up and looked so good.

Uraraka was wearing a baby pink and green dress that hugged her curves beautifully, Himari was wearing a lavender colored spaghetti strap dress with her denim jacket over it, and Iida was wearing a white shirt with a brown colored vest. They were laughing and shoving food into their mouths when Midoriya saw Todoroki making his way towards their table. Midoriya's breath hitched in his throat.

He was wearing a white shirt and khaki shorts, his hair was gelled back. He looked so handsome

"Todoroki-kun! C'mere," Midoriya patted the empty seat next to him and Todoroki smiled, but it seemed kind of stiff.

Midoriya decided to ask him why he was acting so different. He sat down next to Midoriya with his food and started eating.

"Todoroki-kun, why are you upset with me?" Midoriya asked softly.

Todoroki looked at Midoriya and shook his head, "I'm not."

Midoriya frowned. He knew he wasn't lying, but there was another reason he was upset.

"Then why are you upset in general?"

He seemed to be thinking hard about something, as he was playing with his fork and just staring at it.

Midoriya probed, "You can tell me, Todoroki-kun. Please..."

Todoroki stared into Midoriya's eyes. He purposefully made them puppy dog eyes, he knew it always worked on Todoroki.

Todoroki sighed, "Okay, but I want to talk to you in private."

Midoriya nodded and followed him out of their seats. He was worried. Maybe something happened in his family. Midoriya was anxious to find out as Todoroki led him to the other side of the courtyard, where the stars and moon was the only source of light.

Todoroki leaned against the railing and sighed. "Midoriya. I know this is going to sound weird, but I saw you hugging Himari today and I really wanted to know why."

That was it? That was what was making him look so down?

Midoriya chuckled, "Todoroki-kun! I was just comforting her. She was bullied for her quirk in the past, so I reassured her that she doesn't need to worry because she's at UA now, and everyone here is so supportive. Then she hugged me."

Then the thought hit Midoriya. Was Todoroki jealous?... He sighed in relief and smiled at Midoriya.

"I should've known. It's just you being yourself again..." Todoroki trailed off and a blush was evident on his face.

"Todoroki-kun?" Midoriya questioned, looking up at him quizzically.

Todoroki turned to Midoriya, "You're always helping people, even people you just met. Even strangers from what I know. You always look out for other people, Midoriya. And I admire you for that. That's why I..."

Midoriya blushed ferociously. Wha- he thinks all that about me?

Midoriya was losing his mind when Todoroki leaned closer to him. Midoriya could smell his cologne, trailing off his creamy skin. He tried to fight the heat radiating off his body. Todoroki placed his hands on Midoriya's cheek and that's when he lost it.

"Todoroki-kun, what are you doing?!" Midoriya wanted Todoroki to stop playing with his emotions. "I know you don't like me like that so why are you doing this!"

Midoriya pushed him away gently. Todoroki looked bewildered. "What makes you think that?..." Midoriya paused, eyes widening. "Midoriya. I do like you like that. I meant everything that I said."

And with that, he placed his hand on Midoriya's cheek and pressed his lips on his.

First, Midoriya gasped. Did he just say what I wanted him to say since the very first time we met?

Midoriya let himself get lost in the feeling of his warm lips on his, wrapping his arms around Todoroki's neck. They pulled apart and Midoriya's eyes opened.

Todoroki looked like an angel, his silky red and white hair like a halo in the moonlight. His eyes were filled with such warmth and his hands dropped to Midoriya's torso. They were warm too.

"T-Todoroki-kun," he breathed, "Are you doing that on purpose?"

Todoroki looked down at his hands and gave a little smile. "Maybe." They both laughed and embraced each other.

"Todoroki-kun...what does this mean?"

Todoroki sighed. "Honestly, I don't know just yet. But we should probably get back, they'll be wondering where we are."

Midoriya pulled away and nodded. They both walked back towards the lights of the party, warmth blooming inside their chests.

Todoroki's POV

The feeling was indescribable. The warmth was indescribable. All Todoroki knew was that he was kissing the boy he had been dreaming about for a long time. He felt so warm and fuzzy inside as he held Midoriya's soft, freckled cheeks. He didn't even realize his hands were getting warmer, as a result of his left side quirk.

They pulled apart and Todoroki gazed into his eyes, a small smile playing his lips. They were just like emeralds, shimmering in the light of the stars. Midoriya was smiling softly, his fingers tangling gently in Todoroki's hair and skimming the nape of his neck.

They decided to go back to the party because everyone was done eating and it was wrapping up. They walked silently back towards the crowd, who didn't even notice they were gone. Except for Uraraka, Himari, and Iida.

Himari smirked at them, "Were you guys off sucking face somewhere?"

Todoroki glanced at Midoriya, whose face was a deep shade of crimson.

"Himari-san! Wh-What are you talking about!?"

Himari laughed with Uraraka and Iida.

"Midoriya, I was joking. You guys would be cute together though."

Todoroki smiled at Himari, trying to hold back a laugh at Midoriya's reaction. The party was over, and everyone was helping clean up. Himari walked up to Midoriya.

"Since you and Kirishima set up the whole party by yourselves, you guys should get a break, right guys?" Everyone cheered for them.

Iida spoke up, "Yes, we will do the cleaning. You guys can go on back to your dorms. And Kirishima, thank you for planning the barbecue. You have officially made it up to us." Kirishima beamed and nodded.

"O-Okay," Midoriya said and walked off.

Midoriya's POV

Midoriya smiled, remembering Todoroki's sweet words and the kiss they shared. He reached his dorm and shoved his hand in his pocket, looking for the key card. Pulling it out, he unlocked the door and stepped inside.

Wait...didn't I have two in here?

Midoriya thought as he checked both his pockets. Empty.

Shit, I probably dropped it somewhere at the party.

Midoriya shrugged it off. It didn't matter, anyway. Someone would turn it in to the front office of the dorm building in the morning if they found it. Midoriya sighed and leaned against the wall. His eyes traveled around his room until they landed on a dark figure standing in the corner. Midoriya frowned. Was that one of his All Might statues? He walked towards the figure to get a closer look.

That's when it bolted straight towards him.

A/N: OMGGGG IM REALLY HAPPY WITH THIS CHAPTER. But Midoriyaaa! What is that thing in his room?! That's in the next update.
