Chapter 18

Todoroki's POV

Todoroki woke up, his thoughts full of their plan for the day. This was the day they were going to get Midoriya back, he knew it. Todoroki smiled to himself as he brushed his teeth and got ready. It was Tuesday, so there were still classes, but Todoroki managed to call in sick, along with Uraraka and Iida. 

Surprisingly, the staff believed them. They probably understood because of yesterday's events. Todoroki had more of a reason to not attend classes because he was still hurt. His cuts were healing, but they needed a few more days to fully heal. 

Todoroki planned to get Uraraka, Iida, and then All Might to help him find Midoriya in the League of Villain's hideout. He knocked on Uraraka's door and was grateful to see Iida and All Might already in her room. 

"Uraraka, you already told them?" He smiled as he walked into her room. 

Uraraka nodded, her bubbly aura surrounding her. 

"Young Todoroki, I hear you have an idea of Midoriya's whereabouts?" All Might said, ruffling Todoroki's mismatched hair. 

"Yes, in the League of Villain's  new hideout. In the forest training camp arc sight to be exact. I saw when I went through the portal. There were the same pine trees around us. Also, I know the code to Midoriya's cell. It's 5...2748." Todoroki was reciting it in his mind the entire night. There was no way he would forget.

"Alright, so we're going to get a pro hero to back us up once we get to the hideout. Then, we can find Midoriya and take him back to UA safely. Also, be prepared to take vital resources Midoriya may need once we reach the cell. Who knows what condition he is in right now." 

When Iida mentioned this, Todoroki bit his lip to stifle a quiet sob. A tear was already making its way down his cheek. All Might saw this and wrapped his bony arms around Todoroki. 

"Don't worry, young Todoroki. He's going to be okay. He's a strong boy and we all know that." 

Todoroki nodded, wiping the tear off his face. Midoriya was strong and he could handle so much more than Todoroki could. 

"Let's go," Todoroki whispered as he grabbed a first aid kit, a bottle of water, and a few packs of trail mix. 

As they walked out of UA, Uraraka said, "I already told the rest of the class to act like they think Himiko is the real Midoriya, so she won't suspect anything. So that's exactly what they're doing right now. Let's hope they'll be alright while we're gone..."

Himiko's POV

Himiko smirked to herself as she drank the rest of Midoriya's blood, slowly transforming into an exact replica of him. She was supposed to be packing her things and moving out, but Himiko knew she wasn't going to have to after she closed the security systems. 

Himiko threw on one of Midoriya's jackets and hid a pocket knife in it. She knew exactly what to do. Himiko walked out of Midoriya's dorm and to the cafeteria. She could hear people talking inside and plates being clattered against each other. 

"Breakfast," she whispered, throwing the door open. Everyone stared at her, eyes wide. Himiko, as Midoriya, smirked and threw the pocket knife into the air, causing everyone to gasp and scream. Himiko bolted out of the cafeteria and towards the main office of the UA dorms. The staff was already running towards the scene in the cafeteria, and nobody knew where she was going. Himiko noticed nobody in the main office so she ran towards the computer, which was already on. 

Wow, what a great security system, she thought to herself as she accessed the main security settings. "Lockdown, ON!" She squealed as she pressed a button on the keyboard, setting the lockdown on the doors and windows to the outside only. She giggled as she twirled around. "Cameras, OFF!" She pressed another button. "And lastly, Access to Technology, OFF!!" 

Himiko grinned and skipped out of the room. Time to get Kurogiri, she thought as she skipped towards Midoriya's dorm, ignoring the sounds of confused people and the school going into lockdown.

She threw open the door and step inside. She ran to her bag and pulled out the earpiece and microphone, calling Shigaraki. 

"Shigaraki!! I shut off the security systems! Tell Kurogiri to get here and all of you guys come too!" She smiled as she let her transformation wear off. She didn't need it anymore. The students and staff were trapped, there was nothing they could do. She could hear Shigaraki laughing maniacally on the other end. 

"Good work, Toga Himiko." 

She looked across the room, seeing the familiar purple and black substance filling the room. Kurogiri was here. The villains stepped out from the portal and into the small room. 

"Hiii, guys!!" Himiko squealed, blushing. "Let's go see what the others are doing, shall we?" 

The villains laughed as they walked out of Midoriya's room and towards the cafeteria. They were going to watch Himiko leave the school as Midoriya, and terrorize people. Then the people would finally find out it wasn't safe to even trust the heroes. 

Their good reputation will soon end.

Todoroki's POV

"Um...All Might? Do you think the others are safe while Himiko is still in the school?" Iida asked All Might, questioningly. 

All Might seemed to think for a moment. "Even if Himiko does manage to do something, I believe the children and staff would have it under control," he replied. 

Todoroki looked beside him. His father, Endeavor was walking beside him, his fiery beard blazing in contrast with the beautiful blue sky. Todoroki looked back down and scowled to himself. Of all the pro heroes to get, why my son of a bitch father? 

It was just Todoroki, Uraraka, Iida, All Might, and Endeavor. It was enough to take on a few villains since they had the number two hero with them. They were already in the forest, looking around for an abandoned building with a hole right through the roof. It seemed to take forever, until Uraraka spotted something. 

"Guys, look! I can see the side of a building!" 

All their heads turned to see the hideout, surrounded by pine trees. Todoroki sighed in relief. He was right this whole time. Endeavor smiled as he was the first one to march right up to the building. 

Stupid, cocky father...Todoroki thought. But he couldn't be too mad at him, he was helping them find Midoriya and take on the villains. 

"Uraraka, make us float," Iida suggested as he pointed to the large hole in the ceiling. 

Uraraka nodded and touched all of them, making them float. 

"Woahhh!!" All Might said as he floated with the rest of them. "Zero G, nice!" 

They all flew through the roof and Uraraka shouted, "Release!" 

Todoroki fell to the ground and without thinking ran towards the room Midoriya was in. The security system was right next to it, thankfully. Endeavor walked around the hideout, scouting for the villains. 

"There's no one here?... What if this is a trap? No matter, I'll protect you all if I see any villains." 

Todoroki silently thanked his father as he walked up to the security system. There were numbers on it for the code. Todoroki exhaled and All Might, Iida, and Uraraka stood around him, waiting anxiously. "52748," he typed into the keypad, grinning once he heard the click of an opening lock. Todoroki ran towards the door and turned the big handle, throwing the door open. 

"Midoriya!!"
