They'll Never Know

Chapter 13

Himiko's POV

Himiko had to say that she was taken aback when Todoroki kissed her. She didn't know he liked guys like that, but it was kind of cute. After I'm done with Midoriya, I think I'll kill you next, half and half, Himiko thought as she went back up to Midoriya's dorm. 

It took her all her willpower not to jab one of her needles into his neck as they were kissing. She decided to do it later, they would notice something was wrong if she did anything suspicious. 

Whatever, they're not gonna notice! Himiko sighed as she allowed herself to be transformed back into her true self. Gotta admit, classes are hard, but it's nothing I can't handle. Wait...OH SHIT. My quirk only allows myself to clone another, not copy their exact quirk! I gotta ask Shigaraki how I'm gonna do this.

Midoriya's POV

Midoriya woke up to the sound of a door opening. He watched as Shigaraki came in the bunker with a bowl and a cup in his hands. They were going to feed him? Why did they want him alive if they didn't want another Symbol of Peace? Midoriya gave him a hate-filled stare and Shigaraki laughed. 

"Eat this." 

He shoved the food in Midoriya's hands. It was a bowl of plain rice and a cup of water. 

"You're crazy if you think I'm putting that in my mouth," Midoriya spat. 

Shigaraki's eyes immediately darkened and before Midoriya could retaliate, he wrapped his fingers around Midoriya's throat and unlocked his restraints. 

"Don't make me use my last finger..." Shigaraki threatened. 

Midoriya sighed and disgustedly lifted the cup of water to his lips, taking a sip. It tasted okay, or at least he thought. Shigaraki watched while he ate and Midoriya purposely ate slowly so he could have time to devise a plan of escaping. 

His eyes trailed to the open bunker door and then to Shigaraki. He was still holding his throat and one wrong move would be the end of him. Midoriya then remembered his fight with Todoroki during the sports festival, he used One For All with a flick of his cheek. Shigaraki would never see it coming. 

"Oi, eat faster," Shigaraki demanded. 

He forced another spoon of rice down his throat and decided to take his chances. He stared at Shigaraki with his emerald green eyes so intensely, even Shigaraki was taken aback. Suddenly, he lifted a finger to his cheek and flicked it, causing Shigaraki to fly backward along with a huge gust of wind. His body slammed against the wall behind him, knocking him out. 

Midoriya was out of there in no time, green lightning surrounding his body as he dodged the other villains in the hideout. They all screamed as Midoriya flew through the already open roof. He landed on the grass outside softly, the villains chasing after him. Midoriya panted heavily as he ran away from the hideout when suddenly, he once again smashed against something really hard and fell down from the impact. 

"Agh!" Midoriya groaned and got up quickly. What on Earth was that? There was no time, the villains were already surrounding him, glaring at him menacingly. Midoriya reached his hand out and he felt a kind of...invisible force field. It was most likely one of the villain's quirk. 

He looked around as the villains were advancing on him, seeing one unfamiliar face. It's probably his quirk, Midoriya thought. If I take him out while also fighting the others, I can escape before he sets the force field again. He didn't know the details of that man's quirk, but it was his best shot to escape. He could tell that Shigaraki was still knocked out, for he couldn't see him anywhere. 

Dabi threw his hand out in front of himself and blue fire shot out, flying towards him. Midoriya flicked his finger, deflecting it. "SMASH!!" All the villains were thrown back as a bunch of leaves from the pine trees behind him came forward, pelting them. 

Midoriya threw himself on top of the new villain while the others were distracted. The villain fell to the ground and Midoriya quickly got off of him and ran. He was once again thrown back as the force field was still up. 

"It's sad that you only suspected the force field to be a quirk," A familiar voice said behind him and he suddenly felt a searing pain both his legs. He fell to the ground, screaming in pain. Midoriya looked down at his legs and to his horror, they both had cuts in them and were gushing out blood. 

He looked up and saw...himself. 

An exact replica of Midoriya staring right back at the boy. It was strange to see himself wearing such a crude expression.Midoriya was shocked only for a second before he realized. 

"Himiko," he spat, glaring up at the exact replica of himself. He watched her cheeks flush and she smiled so wide. 

"Shigaraki!" 

Shigaraki walked up beside her, limping slightly. He glared at Midoriya and grabbed his arm, lifting him up. Midoriya growled in pain, his eyebrows scrunching up as he put weight on his wounded legs. Shigaraki dragged helpless Midoriya back inside the abandoned hideout, throwing him back inside the room. Midoriya noticed everything start to get blurry and the last thing he saw was a splatter of his own blood on the floor before blacking out.

Todoroki's POV

It was Monday, and all Todoroki wanted to do was sleep. He managed to drag himself out of bed and into his bathroom to get ready for the provisional license mock exam. It would be held in the gym and only a few people passed the first try. 

Midoriya will probably pass the first time, he thought as he ran a comb through his red and white hair. As Todoroki made his way to breakfast, he noticed something behind one of the hallways. 

Curiously, he walked over to see what happened when suddenly, someone grabbed him firmly by the arm, pulling him closer to whoever was there. His eyes widened as he saw those emerald eyes and freckled cheeks. 

"I don't think I can do this anymore..." Midoriya said, his voice shaking. Tears were streaming down his face and his eyes were puffy and red. 

"Midoriya?!" Todoroki asked worriedly. Then he did something that chilled Todoroki right to the bone. 

A huge smile stretched upon his face.

A/N: This chapter took so freakin long because I had to actually think about what I was writing this time! MY POOR CINNAMON ROLL IS GOING THROUGH SO MUCH RN IM SORRY FOR PUTTING U GUYS THROUGH THIS. But it will get better, so keep reading loves!!
