By the time Friday rolled around, Katherine almost exploded with excitement.
"I still can't believe you're so excited about this game," Draco shook his head, looking at Kat from the bed.
She was wearing an oversized Hufflepuff sweater and she put her hair in a messy bun, securing it with a black and yellow scrunchie.
"Well, you better be too, because you said you would come with me and I don't want to bring any negative energy," she turned to him with her hands on her hips.
"It's basically a waste of time, I can already tell who's going to win."
"Thanks for the support, Draco," Katherine rolled her eyes.
She grabbed one of her Hufflepuff scarves and put it around her neck. She took a little box in her hands and walked inside the bathroom.
Draco furrowed his eyebrows, having no idea about what she was doing at that point.
She came back out with yellow glitter in her hair, which earned a bewildered look from the Slytherin.
"What?" Kat grinned at him.
"You know, I don't think you have enough yellow on you yet, people may not realise which House you're supporting. Maybe you should paint your face yellow as well, just to make sure."
"Okay, I don't know about your House, but me and my friends like to go all out to support our fellow Hufflepuff's, so you're going to have to deal with it."
He rolled his eyes, standing up from the bed.
"Whatever, can we leave now?"
"Just one last thing," she grinned, running to search for something.
She came back to him with another Hufflepuff scarf, reaching up to put it around his neck.
"Are you serious?" Draco groaned, looking down at the scarf, slightly disgusted, which earned a slap on the arm from Katherine.
"Would you like to wear a Ravenclaw one instead?" She raised her eyebrows questioningly. "You'll sit with us, so you have to show some support at least."
"Usually, I like to support the winning team, so I would consider a blue scarf instead-"
Kat slapped him on his arm again with a scowl on her face.
"Couldn't you disrespect my House in silence, at least?"
"I'm just stating the facts, babe."
"Let's just go," she rolled her eyes, opening their bedroom door.
"Finally," Draco sighed, following her.
They went down to their Common Room where Annie, Chase and Pansy were already waiting for them.
Draco was a little surprised at the sight of the group.
Annie's cheeks were actually painted yellow and Draco supposed that she was the reason behind Chase's rather tight Hufflepuff sweater as well. Even Pansy was wearing a yellow scarf over her black clothes.
"Looking good, Draco," Chase grinned.
"I think I have a better reason to laugh, Bennett. I'm not the one wearing a women's sweater after all, am I?" He smirked back.
"That's the biggest I had," Annie pouted.
"And it's totally okay," Chase leaned down to place a kiss on her cheek.
"Whipped," Draco coughed.
"You're one to talk, Malfoy."
"Can we go now?" Pansy rolled her eyes. "I don't want to be late."
