Lena parks right outside Tony's house, still shivering from the note. But that isn't the only thing frightening her out—her memories too. The time she woke up with dirt on her hands out of nowhere. Did she take Karen's remains that night? The biggest question yet: Is Lena XOXO?
Everything she's done leads to her, including the missing body dilemma. Maybe, when she blacks-out, that's when she becomes her worst enemy. The hits she received from Rowan might've caused her to build up two personalities. As this thoughts roam in her head, they sound less believable.
Of course XOXO got there first! It knew where the body was way before the cops found out, and so did she. But where can it be keeping the remains of Karen? Unless...
"Can Karen be alive?" Lena asks out of nowhere, turning the vehicle off. "Maybe she wasn't completely dead when we buried her and she dug herself out only to become XOXO."
"What?" Tony scoffs, resting his head on the window. "This isn't a Pretty Little Liars show!"
"Lena, she is dead!" Michelle explains. "There's no way she could've survived that fall. Didn't you see her neck? It had a bone ripping out from her flesh. Even her cheek opened in half!"
"Okay. Stop," Tony demands, covering his face with both hands. The images of Karen aren't pleasant to remember.
"Where can the body be then?" Lena chirps.
Michelle breaths in. "If we want to find Karen—"
"—we need to find XOXO," Tony interrupts her.
What if XOXO is on the same vehicle as them?
Michelle nods.
"Also, 'game on'? What did the note mean by that?" Michelle asks, shrugging.
"Clearly, nothing good," Lena responds, laying back in the seat.
"Maybe, it will make its biggest move at prom? XOXO will change the best night into our worst one," Tony adds. "It makes sense."
"I've been thinking about that, too," Michelle says, chewing the inside of her cheek.
Lena raises an eyebrow. "Does that mean we aren't going to prom?"
"I'm not letting Andrew down, so I am attending," Tony murmurs.
Michelle quietly grunts in the darkness of the back of the Yukon. "Besides, we have to stay together. Like in any scary movie, separating from the group is a bad idea."
"It's not like XOXO will kill us?" Lena snarls, making her words sound obvious.
"We never know," Michelle admits. "I mean, he did steal Karen's remains so who knows what else it is capable of."
"I'm not risking it. We are staying together on prom night," Tony says, looking at the two girls.
In the darkness of Tony's front yard is a black hooded figure watching them. The lamps are not helping in glowing enough to see its face. It begins to walk towards them slowly and carefully. The fact that the doors from the Yukon aren't lock isn't going to help them.
"Shit!" Lena yells, finally noticing it when it's about to open Tony's side of the door.
She presses the button that locks every door to prevent, what seems like XOXO, from coming in.
Michelle screams as Tony gets far from the window, almost jumping into Lena's lap.
"Calm down! It's just me," Whoever-it-is says, taking its hoodie off. "Andrew."
His grey-blue eyes give it away instantly, sparkling underneath the barely-working street lamp.
Tony opens the door, chuckling. "You scared the crap out of me!"
Andrew wraps both arms around him, smiling. "I'm sorry, babe. But now that I see how easily you get scared, I can't help but admit that scaring you will be my new job from now on."
Like XOXO hasn't been scaring Tony enough, but he can't confess that to Andrew. Instead, ignoring his thoughts, Tony hits Andrew's arm jokingly and kisses him in the lips for comfort. The warmth of their mouths connecting sends sparks thought Tony's body, making him forget about XOXO and the girls staring at them.
"Might as well have sex in the vehicle," Michelle whispers, but everyone hears.
"No, no, no!" Lena grins. "Not on my car."
They all giggle, trying to forget Karen and XOXO for at least three seconds.
"I'll take Michelle home," Lena says, turning the engine on. "Take care."
Once they're gone, Tony asks, "So, what where you doing out here alone?"
"What do you mean?" Andrew chuckles, looking confused. "You sent me a text."
"I did?" Tony stammers, heading to the front door of the house with Andrew following behind.
"Yeah!" Andrew says. "Are you trying to mess around with me?"
Tony feels like someone is watching them, facing every direction while unlocking the door. "Show me the texts," he demands, opening the door wide for Andrew to walk in first.
"Before I do, won't your mom mind that I'm inside the house?" Andrew looks behind Tony, nervous. "She did caught us in your bed... naked."
"She's not my father." Tony smiles at Andrew, grabbing his hand and taking him to the bedroom.
Andrew takes his phone out as he lays in Tony's bed. He scrolls and taps on a message before handing Tony the phone.
Babe: Come to my house NOW! We need to run tonight at the Hush Hush woods.
Tony, obviously, never sent that text. He was at the Hush Hush woods and even left his phone home.
He looks under a pillow and there it is—phone resting motionless, untouched. A shiver runs down Tony's spine. If he didn't send that text then it must've been XOXO. But his phone was in the house while he was gone and that only means one thing.
XOXO came to his bedroom without Mrs. Sinclair or Aaron noticing. Whoever XOXO is can come into the house whenever it wants to. The text is a sign that there's no point in hiding, or locking doors.
It means XOXO can hurt the ones he loves the most without him even realizing it.

A\N: Watch out Tony! XOXO can be watching you right now. ALSO, there may be some typos but that's because I haven't had time to review each draft due to school. . . Sorry! Once I have time, though, I'll check every grammatical mistake just to make the book more enjoyable for you, guys! Promise.
