Part Six...

When I got to my room I felt the energy from Nate inside. I opened the door and felt different “Hey babe,” he called from the corner. He begain walking towered me, grabbed my hand, sat down on the bed behind him, and pulled me into his lap. He was kissing my lips and unzipping my boots. We inter twined our selves till morning when loud shouts arose from down stairs. Nate and I got up and hurried to see what was going on. When we arrived downstairs something was obviously wrong Cassandra was holding on to Peter who was laying on the floor his entire eyes were black. I tried to find out what was going on but everyone’s heads were like black holes,  I couldn’t get in. Then everyone turned in unison to Nate and my direction, everyone that is, but one person Danny was on the floor in a ball looking up at me horrified.

“I’m sorry. I’m sorry. I can’t stop it, it won’t stop!” He rambled shaking, “Lizzy help me” I walked over to him somehow discovering this was one of his powers. I got onto his level and hit him full on in the face with the back of my hand. He stared at me for a moment and everyone went back to normal. I looked at him till his thoughts cleared and I read everything in his head. I held my hand out for him to take which he did and I pulled him to his feet then still holding his hand I pulled him into his room.

”What the hell happened back there?” I asked as soon as the door was shut. 

“I don’t know but what I really want to know is why it didn’t affect you or Nate?” he said glaring at me.

“Don’t change the subject, Danny now tell me?” I shouted at him. 

“This is why Nick brought me here my powers are really uncontrollable they bring vampires to a full halt and shuts down their minds, but it causes humans to die from lack of oxygen to their blood stream. I had nowhere else to go so I was brought here to you please don’t hate me bubbles.” he said the last line almost mockingly. Bubbles was his nickname for me when I was really little.

“Danny I’m still a new born don’t piss me off, you may lose limbs!” I said through a smile.

“Yes ma’am, duly noted ma’am.” he made me laugh by fake saluting.

He momentarily left the room and joined the others who seemed to have recovered completely. i stood at the door looking on at the scene. Nate was sitting relaxing on the floor with William in front of him they seemed to be having a staring contest.

Danny walked over to Peter helped him to his feet and mumbled an apology over and over as Peter pushed him into the room they had come out of then Peter finally shut him up with a kiss. i closed the door making sure that no one saw before they were supose to.

“What was that all about” I asked 

“Nothing,“ Danny said “just talking that’s all.”

“Danny I’m not stupid what was it all about” Danny pulled me into the next room and let me know that Peter and him where going out but not to let the others know just yet.

“Hey Danny when do you think your boyfriend will tell his sis….” 

“He’s not my boyfriend, quite yet.” Danny interrupted. 

“Ya but when is he going to tell his sister that he is gay?” I finished my sentence.

“I don’t know. does it really matter?” replied Danny “he will at some point.”

“Ya know I’m still sitting here right!” Peter said raising his arm to get our attention. “Well she’s going find out some time if u don’t stop going off by yourselves”

“I don’t know I don’t know, I really don’t know. This is hard for me to admit to myself in the first place.” 

“How did this happen, like did u tell Danny what you felt or what.” I asked with enthusiasm.
