Chapter 16 "Unsatisfied"

*Mariyah pov*

2 weeks later, my days are getting better, my wardrobe have changed from size XL to M. Boys ask for my number and Instagrams, Dustin have stop calling me names, a lot of changes happens actually.

For this 2 weeks I did my usual diet, running nights and only eat fruits, but this few days, I slept a lot in class,my hair started to fall out, my body felt weak,tired and I often felt cold. Morning 6pm, I woke up and weight myself, I reached 60kg.

"YESSSSS!!!!" I shouted with full of happiness, that I reached 60kg.

Suddenly I heard my mom knock on the door.

"What's going on in there?" Mom voiced through the wooden door

I quickly jump out of my scale and went out with my happy face telling her that I reached 60kg. She was happy for me but her face says the opposite.

"Mom are you ok?" I ask

"Dear it's not healthy for you to diet like that" said mom

"I'm fine mom" I smile "look I'm strong" I flex my hand, and she slightly laugh.

After a little talk with mom, I went back to my room looking at the full mirror that can see my whole body,I look at myself there still feeling fat even though my scale says that I reached my goal, but the image on my mind says the opposite. I still feel fat, pig, smelly like how I used to. I sigh and took a deep breath. I'm going to do more strict diet this time and reach 50kg.

10am it was recess time in school , I didn't eat anything from morning and I don't want to eat. So I went to the library sat down while reading a book with a hungry growling stomach.

Seconds later Sarah came, she sat in front of me and say

"Mariyah, your stomach is growling" said Sarah "you should eat something"

"I'm good"

"Mariyah, I know you're on your diet, but this is not the way" said sarah with worries filled her face

"I'm fine Sarah" my tone is a litter higer this time

I know what I'm doing, stop asking me to eat

"Geez chill mariyah, I'm just worried about you" sarah furrowed her brows. I rolled my eyes

"MARIYAHH!!!" Henry shouted my name from far distance.

I stop both of my legs from going to the next lesson for awhile and  turn behind to see Henry as he was approaching me.

"Yes?" I ask

"Want to come crash my place?" Henry ask "but Dustin and his gang will be there, if you dont mind"

"I uhh-" I stutter "I can't"

"Owh...Why?" He frown with a big puppy eyes

"Fine" I gave in "but I'm bringing Sarah along"

"Yess" he sounded so happy with his bright smile across his face

"Is it a party or-"

"Just a normal friends visiting, Dustin gang always came to my house, which is very boring seeing the same face everyday, so why not , have new friends coming"

We both chuckle.

"Sure" I reply

Hours later after school, I went to see Sarah  . I say to her that we will be going to Henry's house at 6.30pm and she was so excited.

I went back home at 4.50pm, not eating anything yet, I ask my mom for her permission that I'm going to my friends house and she agreed. I then went back to my room taking out all my outfit that I put on since morning, lefting only bikini on my body. I weight myself and I lost from 60kg to 59.9kg ,I've lost 1 gram, I look into the mirror with my half naked body feeling so unsatisfied. I need to lose more weight
