Chapter 31 "you're perfect"

*Sarah POV*

I was with Henry and Alby watching TV at the living room in the morning. Few seconds later, footsteps approaching down the staircase. We turn to the direction and it was Mariyah going down while Dustin was chasing after Mariyah, calling her while half naked with only his blue jeans.

"What's going on?" I stand up

"I should be going" said Mariyah

"What's wrong?" I ask

"I ju-" Dustin haven't finish his sentence and

"Nothing" Mariyah snapped "thanks Henry for today, but I should be going, my mom probably be looking for me" she slightly smile

"Oh sure, I'll take you outside" said Henry and hold her shoulder while leading her outside the door.

I look at Dustin while folding my arms and raising one of my brows up.

"What?" He raised both of of his brows up "I didn't even touch her"

What's up with Mariyah

*Dustin POV*

Seconds later, Henry walk back here looking really confused and mad at the same time.

"What did you do this time Dustin?" Henry ask

"Why do you always have to blame me Henry?" I roll my eyes

"Because Mariyah is always upset of you"

I stunned, I kinda think that what henry said is true, Mariyah is always upset because of me, without me knowing what's her problem

"Look" I ask for their attention, I then told them what happened at the room

*Mariyah POV*

"Mariyah what's up with you and Dustin?" Sarah ask "he didn't touch you"

"Is not about that" I said

"Then?" She ask me for explanation

"I'm insecure Sarah" my voice croaked as I speak

"About your body?" She guess and I nodded

"Mariyah your perfect, you're thinner now" said Sarah "your beautiful just the way you are, before or after you're thinner, you're still beautiful, trust me"

The morning I went to school, I still wear my black hoddie feelings so insecure.

When I reach school, I was quite too early and there's only a few people at school. I walk down the hallways to find my class, as I reach my class, I heard someone came in and lock the door. I turn my head around to see who was it and it was Dustin, why the hell would Dustin came to school early

"Dustin?" I confused "what are you doing here so early?"

"What's wrong with you?" His voiced raised and scared me a little

"What?" I reply calmly trying not to break into tears

"Tell me why are you so upset with me?" He ask "and please tell me the truth" he begged while holding both of my shoulder

As he said that my tears started streaming down my cheeks. I push his hands away and

"You wanna know why?" I ask "IS BECAUSE OF YOU" I shouted

"Me?" He confused and pointed his finger to himself with his anger face

"Yeah you" my voice raise up as I speak "you always bully me making me insecure, hate myself cut myself, feeling so ugly, every time I look at the mirror it reminds me of your stupid jokes that hurts me" I paused "I, I like you" I took a deep breath with tears dripping. "You know what dustin, I- "I haven't finish my sentence and

suddenly a lips crash on mine, and it was dustin. My heart started beating, my stomach gave me butterflies, an electric flow through my spine.

After the kiss, I was really confused,

"I'm sorry Mariyah" said Dustin "now I realise how jerk I am" he took a deep breath "I love you Mariyah, trust me is not because of your body change is because of your inner beauty" said Dustin making me speechless "at first I really don't like you, after you're change to thinner and I see your cuts, I felt bad, I know this is all my fault and I'm trying to be nice to you, and I don't know why you're so upset with me, the more I know you the more I fall for you, is not about your body that i fall for, is about you inner beauty" Dustin explained "I fall for you each and everyday Mariyah, the reason why I don't want to show it, is because I know, I'm such a jerk for making fun of you, I'm sorry"

"Dustin" I speak as I was speechless after his long explanation "I was not upset with you yesterday , Is just that, you seeing my digusting body with strech marks, just can't stop making me feeling insecure and my mind got back to the pass where you feel digusted"

"Of course baby no" said Dustin while cupping both of my cheeks "your body is beautiful, I find you're perfect baby" he then look at my lips and crashes his lips on mine
