Chapter 27 "staying with me"

*Sarah POV*

For this 4 weeks, I've company mariyah every night, I don't let Dustin nor Henry stays because I don't want neither of them to fight. Tommorow mariyah is discharged from hostpital and she's getting better.

"Are you excited to go back?" I ask Mariyah

"Freaking excited" said Mariyah excitedly "I can't wait to see my bedroom"

"Umm, I'm hungry, do you want to go downstairs?, Get some food?" I ask Mariyah

"Yes please, I'm very bored here" Mariyah reply with a sad frown on her face.

She get up from her bed with her hostpital clothes on, I take for her slippers and she wear them. We went down and get food , Mariyah had her chicken rice while me eating my 2 week of craving beef noodles. After then, we wanted to go back to Mariyah wards room, we reach the elevator and suddenly we bump into Henry and Dustin at the elevator

"Hey" Dustin greet while looking at mariyah

I look at mariyah, she froze and blushed while looking down awww that's cute. I look at Henry, he was looking at Dustin and Mariyah with his 'don't care' face.

"Hey" I replied dustin. As Mariyah was so quiet for the pass 12 second "when did you guys came?"

"Not long, just a few minutes ago" Henry explained "we went up and didn't see you there, we ask the nurse and they say you both went out"

"Oh" I frown "well as you guys know, tommorow Mariyah is discharged, and I can't stay with her today because my mom have some plans", "I need your help Dustin, can you stay with Mariyah?" I plead

"Well sure" Dustin stated

Henry roll his eyes and "I'm going to the bathroom" said Henry and he walk away from us

"Well then, tommorow I'll help you pack your stuff and I'll sent you home" Dustin offered Mariyah a help

"That's too much du-" Mariyah haven't finished her sentence and

"I don't care"Dustin snapped

Mariyah face filled with smile and red cheeks on her. I felt really happy for her, after all this year's she suffer, until she cut herself without anyone knowing her problem, which make me really sad. I love her so much like my own sister. Sometimes I'm really jealous of her beauty and guys chasing after her but at the same time, I'm really proud for my best friend.

*Mariyah POV*

I sat down on my bed and

"Thanks" I smile while looking at dustin who is sitting beside my hostpital bed, and we're both were alone as Henry and Sarah have gone 1 hours ago

"For?" He chuckle, looking so confuse

"For staying with me" I explained

Suddenly both of Dustin's hand hold both of my hand, with his soft touch make my heart beat fast.

"I'm sorry" his voiced croaked as he speaks

"Why?" I furrowed both of my brows, he close his eyes and took a long deep breath

"I'm really sorry for being mean to you"

"Dustin is fine, I forgive you" I smile, letting him know that I forgive all his bad attitude towards me, he may be bad and jerk towards me but at the same time, he knows how to fix it all.

"No" he snapped "is not fine"

"And why not?" I raise one of my brows up

"Is not fine mariyah, I feel so guilty for being so mean to you until you commit suicide"

"How did you?-" I didn't get to finish my sentence as I was thinking how did he know all this, I didn't even told anyone not even one.

Dustin then explains to me about the doctor that told him and also Sarah knew about it.

"I'm so sorry" his voice cracked

I chuckle and laugh, I find that he is really cute when he's feeling guilty

"Is a self harm not suicide" I correct him "is fine Dustin, that's a long time story and all of my cuts become scars and I'm not doing it all again"

"Look Mariyah, before you even lose weight trust me, I find you're really cute and Beautiful, you have a beautiful face and heart even if you're a little chubby" said Dustin "I'm sorry"

When he explain all those words, is it true? My heart melt as he say that. It was akward afterwards, but then I say

"Dustin,I forgive you but I can't forget that easily" I took a deep breath and "I need time"

"You have such a beautiful heart Mariyah" said Dustin "I really love being friends with you" he smile

Friends?... Why friends?... Why am I so sad when he treat me only as a friend?... Lol Mariyah why would he even like you, he will only treat you as a friends durh not more... Stop dreaming
