A few months later we have a baby shower for Harmony.

Multiple changes have happened.

Well not multiple- just one major change that I care about.

Lonzo and Denise broke up because Denise was cheating on Zo.

I feel really bad for Lonzo.

Every time I see him, he looks upset. 

Lonzo has been coming over to talk to me about it at night, just like old times.

He'd sneak out the house and come through my window so we could talk.

I lay in my bed unable to sleep.

Grabbing my phone from my nightstand, I check my notifications.

I see a message from Zo saying that he was going to come over in a few minutes.

That was more than fifteen minutes ago.

I wonder what he is up to.

A few minutes later, my window opens and Lonzo climbs through it and into my room.

I get up from my bed and I give him a hug, which he returns.

"Sorry, I got held up." Lonzo smiles at me but then his smile turns into a frown.

"You're fine, everything okay?"

Lonzo looks away from me and shakes his head.

"What's wrong?" I asked.

Lonzo takes in a deep breathe before looking back at me.

"Joslyn, I really do not want to tell you this-"

"-tell me what?" I asked.

"Tell you that..." Lonzo trails off.

"I don't know how to say it!" Lonzo groans softly. 

"Well, when you do, I'll be waiting."

After waiting for a few minutes, Lonzo finally finds the words to say.

"Okay," he lets out a sigh.

"I do not want to be the one to tell you this, but I think it's best that you know. There's something going on that involves my little bro."

I look up at Lonzo and he is looking down at me.

"What? Please just tell me!" I say while running a hand through my hair.

"Okay, I was getting ready to come over here and while I was sneaking out, I saw LaMelo walking across the street, at first I thought he was going to your house, but no...he went to Ashley's house."

I blink a couple of times.

I shake my head.

"Mabey they're just talking about something," I say looking at Lonzo.

Lonzo looks at me upsetingly. "Jos, we both know that's not what's going on here, he is ch-"

"-Please don't- don't say it!" I say.

I don't realize that I'm crying until Lonzo wipes my tears away.

"I don't want to believe this!" I sob into Lonzo's arms.

He rubs my head slowly while shushing me.

"Trust me, I know how it feels..." Lonzo says still rubbing my head.

He leads me to my bed and he continues hugging me until I've stopped crying.

"Are you okay?" Lonzo asked.

I shake my head and I fall back into Lonzo's arms crying again.

He wraps his arms around me and for some odd reason, I feel safe in them.
