The rest of the afternoon passed away in play.

The eight of them chased each other on the jetskis and took turns on the parasailing ride (Jennie declined on account of seasickness).

Chaeyoung loved every minute of it.

Flying so high above--level with the soaring seagulls--was exhilarating. She thought she'd fly away.

They all laughed at Jisoo's breakdown in the sky, with Jin even taking the opportunity to record her.

"Yah, Soo, louder, we can barely hear you!" he yelled encouragingly. Chaeyoung could have sworn her unnie gave him the middle finger mid-screech but she was too far up to tell for sure.

Then while the boys went on the banana ride, the girls retrieved their phones from their bags and snapped pictures of each other to their hearts' content. They also changed into their swimwear and swam in the crystal clear waters.

Chaeyoung squealed when Jisoo and Lisa ganged up to splash her and Jennie. Soon a full-blown water war ensued. Anyone passing by wouldn't be blamed for thinking the people frolicking in the water were a gaggle of screaming teenagers instead of twenty-something adults.

"That looks like fun," Yoongi said as the boys came up. His eyes were on Jennie's white swimsuit and Jennie smirked playfully before splashing him.

"Sure is but catch you later, we have a banana to ride."

"Now why does that sound so weirdly kinky--"

"LALISA MANOBAN!"

They laughed, watching Jennie waddle out of the water to chase the long-legged girl, with Chaeyoung and Jisoo waving at the rest of the boys still goggling at them.

Chaeyoung felt a pleasant warmth spread all over her body seeing Jimin's reaction when his eyes scanned her outfit: a plain sea-blue bikini.

Jisoo had picked it out for her back in Incheon when they had gone shopping, saying it would complement her skin tone. Chaeyoung was glad she took her unnie's advice because her Mochi seemed to like it too, judging by the pink flush on his cheeks.

The banana watersled was an exhilarating thrill of a ride as the four girls bounced and bumped behind the boat towing them along, clinging on like limpets as the water sled rocked dangerously beneath them.

"Slow slow!" Chaeyoung called anxiously, sitting at the bow of their 'ship'.

"LET'S GET IT!" Lisa shouted from the back, jumping up and down while waving her hand. "LET'S GET IT!!!....wait, that doesn't sound right....I mean LET'S DO IT! LET'S DO IIIIIIIIIIIIIT!"

"Yah, don't provoke them, we're only sightseeing!" Jisoo chided as she clung on grimly.

"Sightseeing? Pish, sightseeing ? What are you, my mother?"

"That's supposed to be an insult? I don't even--"

Out of nowhere the boat started picking up speed.

"Oh my gawd oh my gawd here we go, hold on tight!" Jennie screeched, grabbing on to  Chaeyoung. "Follow the boat's directions or we'll fall!"

"Ay ay cap'n!" Jisoo and Lisa saluted. Chaeyoung was still deafened from Jennie's shout to reply.

The boat's engines revved up and soon they were zooming and bumping over the waves, salty spray blowing in their faces.

Chaeyoung laughed as Skipper Jennie shouted hysterically (direction guys direction! ) while Lisa was whooping from the back. Jisoo screamed and laughed in equal measure.
