after dinner, the both of them had decided to roam the night streets of seoul.
jihoon looked down and pondered. he was put in a dilemma, but he had a burning question to ask and he needed to know your response.
"jae eun, can i ask you something?"
"sure, go ahead."
"what if i'm not a real person?"when he managed to lift his head up, jae eun had already wandered to a nearby food cart.
"jihoon! come over!"
he sighed to himself as he failed to achieve what he wanted while dragging his footsteps towards fo oblivious female.
"you want some?"
jae eun had a corn in one hand, and a hotteok in the other. she had offered some grilled corn to jihoon and he gladly accepted it.
a tinge of guilt lingered in his heart, as he thought of the day when he has to leave everything behind, leave jae eun behind.
he had ridiculous thoughts run through his mind. should he stay further away from jae eun? should he just stop everything he's doing now and run away?
he liked jae eun. more than friends. he had concluded on that thought when the girl was already sitting down on an empty bench, legs swinging back and forth. the wind blew against her face and her ever-so-adorable smile widened as she tasted the street food in her hands.
how and why is she always ahead of him? that's annoying, especially when he wanted the girl right by his side.
"no. no. i can't have such thoughts. i need to leave before it's too late."
before he falls further in love.
