I walk into my house and start doing my homework. my mom wasn't home because she had a doctors appointment, but my brother was. my brother started telling me about all his girlfriend drama. I wasn't really paying attention to what he was saying because I was too busy thinking about Bruce.
after I get all my homework done I get ready for basketball practice. I remember about the email I sent to my dad and I want to see if he replied. I went to camp next week and I wanted to tell him that. so I logged on to my email and I had 20 emails. most of them were from stores but there was one from my dad. I opened it up and it said:
hey baby girl,
hope everything is going well back home. I hope to be home in 6 months. stay strong baby. I love you

now was the perfect time to tell my dad that I was asked to go to the Texas basketball camp. I wrote him back and said:
hey daddy,
I miss you so much, and I can't wait until you come home! I just wanted to let you know that I got asked to go to the basketball camp at Texas. I was really excited. I leave this Sunday and I am there until Thursday. please stay safe dad. I love you. see you in 6 months.

I logged off and shut off the computer and then left for basketball. it was like 4:30 and I still haven't texted Bruce. I hope he isn't going to loose interest in me.
I come out from basketball and the first thing I do is text Bruce.
hey :) -me
after I did that, I did my chores and then went to my room and whale flopped on my bed. I took out my phone and there were 20 text messages. wow. I checked all of them but none were from Bruce. I called up Ashlyn and she answered.
phone conversation:
hello -ashlyn
hey how do you know Bruce likes me? -me
he told me -ashlyn
