"Jeff, you idiot!! Why the hell is there dead dogs in my living room?!" I shouted with anger. What on earth was this man thinking? Did he even stop to realize I'd be the one to clean it up, or the fact that these poor creatures belonged to someone?

I heard quiet footsteps enter behind me as a child would do during a scolding; I guess it was no different. He was just a big five year old.

"Is there a problem, honey..." he said quietly, looking at his blood stained, bare foot feet.

"I don't know, is there a problem Jeff? Do you see anything that isn't supposed to be in a living room?"

Silence. He continued to stare at his feet as if they were going to leave his body if he didn't pay close attention to them. I looked back at the ten or so bloodied dogs and noticed something, all of them were missing a paw. Anger and confusion swarmed in my veins as my head shot back to him and my hand gripped his shirt collar,

"Jeff, where are their paws?"

"You're being a meany...." he whispered while his bottom lip quivered.

"God dammit. You are a complete idiot. I want this mess cleaned up in the next twenty minutes or you will have to find somewhere else to live." I turned to the stairs and started to storm out of the room, stomping with each step I took. I heard Jeff mummble "I don't get why you're  being a butt head." but I chose to ignore it and contiue up the stairs and take a shower, hoping when I returned down there the mess would be gone; however I kne wit wouldn't, and he'd most likely be eating all the food I bought with the money I had to steal and work for by baby sitting.

It had been two years since the day I ate the drugged candy. I was now seventeen and having to deal with Jeff's childish behavior. At first, I enjoyed how lovable he was, but now it was just plain and utterly pathetic. Yet, I stil loved him and was willing to put up with it.

We moved to Okinawa, Japan, however we didn't have enough money to purchase a plane ticket, so we snuck onto a cargo boat, his idea, not mine. It's a run down city by an ocean, and it's the cheapest city we could afford; not to mention there is only one poice station run by even larger idiots than Jeff, so Jeff could kill as he pleased, under my rule of it only being animals, criminals, prostitutes or drunk men. As long as he followe dmy rules, I allowed him to come back to my house and fed him.

"Amelia!!!" Jeff screached from the living room, causing me to slip and fall on my ass in the shower. Guess I was done anyways.

"Coming.." I said and quickly got dressed then headed down stairs.

"What is it?" I asked puzzled and slightely concerned, checking his body to make sure there wasn't any new wounds or dead people that I'd have to get onto him about.

"S-spider- o-o-on my shoulder..." his eyes were plantent on the tiny insect that wasn't even big enouch to bite or hurt anyone, I doubt it could even catch a fly or sew a web.

"Are you kidding me? You made me bruise myself because you're scared of a spider that is half the size of a finger nail." I sighed, no use in getting mad at him, at least he wasn't in a pissy mood or drinking himself to death. I put my finger up to the spider and allowed it to crawl on me, then put it on the floor. I couldn't take it outside because it had snowed for days and it'd surley die within seconds out there.

"Kill it! What if it gets on my again!!!" he shouted, pointing at the little bug that was most likely scared out of it's tiny mind.

"I'l protect you, come here you big baby." I held my arms out, rolling my eyes. Quickly, as if he didn't even move, he was squeezing me tightly. He kissed my neck.

"What happened to you being a child?" I said with a smirk.

He said nothing and pinned me down on the floor, grasping my breast and nibbling on my neck. I was quite used to his mood changes, and I very much enjoyed when he was in the mood.

"Your boobs are small." he complained.

"Then fine, you don't get to play with them." I started pushing him off of me, but he was too strong. His eyes didn't leave mine, it was as if our gaze was locked. Jeff's hands ran down my back and squeezed my ass, it hurt because of the bruise, and the fact that he didn't know how to hold back, but there was no way to stop him once he's started.

It was now four in the morning and Jeff and I were eating onigiri while staring out the window, watching the falling snow. It blocked the front door and covered half the window, but it wasn't like we had anywhere to be. In fact, I liked it like this, just me and him, side by side.
