CH6-Biology** and Edward Drama

After we leave the lunchroom we hang out in the Cullens' cars and just talk about everything and anything. Rosalie opens up to me about a lot from when she was a child and the rest of the Cullen siblings are stunned by that outcome.

Jasper tells me that Rosalie isn't this open about her life, even to them. The bell rings for 4th hour and we then head to our 4th-hour classes.

Choir and Algebra go by fast and before I knew it, it was Biology. When I walk into the classroom Bella is at the teacher's desk talking to the teacher.

I walk up to them and say to the teacher, "Hi I'm Elizabeth Swan I go by Liz or Lizzy. Here's my pass."

The teacher looks up at me and says "Ah, yes, the Swan twins. Bella sit next to Edward Cullen and Liz sit next to Jasper Hale." I smile sweetly at him before making my way to the seat next to Jasper behind Edward and Bella. I notice when Bella sits down he stiffens next to her. Weird.

I sit in my seat next to Jasper and he smiles brightly at me. I smile back and we both turn our attention back to the teacher as he begins the lesson.

Bella hasn't stopped talking about how Edward was being weird in Biology today. I mean not everyone is a social butterfly. He was probably just being antisocial. While that was going on Jasper and I talked the entire class period. We didn't talk about anything specific, but we told each other our likes and dislikes, pet peeves, and guilty pleasures (like music, movies, books, etc.).

Jasper is really nice and sweet and I'm pretty sure I'm falling for him. I think he likes me too because he kept flirting with me and calling me beautiful and he told me he likes me. I told him I like him too and we agreed to wait and then become official because he was worried about his family bothering him about it. To be entirely honest I was too, I don't want Jasper to go through the nonstop questions from his family. The main one 'When can we meet her?'

I know how family can be when it comes to their children's or sibling's personal life because I've had to deal with it and I've done it with my family too.

After school, Bella and I are meeting Charlie for dinner, so we both drive to the Diner where he's waiting. We pull into open spots, one spot away from each other. I get out first and I don't even bother looking at Bella as I walk into the Diner.

I look around and I find dad at the table right next to the door, so I go and sit down next to him. "Hey, Liz. How was school?" "It was good. I met some really nice people today." "Oh yeah? Like who?" "The uh Cullens."

A shocked expression comes across Charlie's face when I mention the name, Cullen. "Really? Wow, I'm glad you've made friends. The Cullens are nice." "Yeah, they are." Then we fall into an awkward silence. Just then Bella comes in the door looking irritated.

I roll my eyes and ignore her as she spots us and sits down a chair away from me. "Uh oh," Charlie mutters under his breath. "Uh oh is right," I mutter back.

Bella looks down at the table finding it more fascinating than looking up at either one of us.

The waitress comes over and takes our order. I get just a bowl of fruit not feeling that hungry. Not even 15 minutes later she comes back with our food. "I just can't get over how grown up you both are. And so gorgeous." She smiles handing out the plates/bowls.

I nod awkwardly only remembering bits and pieces of coming to this diner and seeing the people that remember me.

An older looking man comes up behind the waitress and moves around her gently to talk to us as well. "Hey Bella, Liz. You remember me?" Bella and I politely shake our heads no. "I played Santa one year." He says.
