Silver

Funerals are the hardest things to go through. I have never had to go through one for a fallen close one. But, this.. Seemed just as worse. Our mighty king has fallen, by the hands of a murderer. I feel horrible for Sally. This was her father, the king of the Acorn Kingdom was just assassinated. I was never really close to Sally. I mean yes, she is a friend, but I came for Sonic. He needs someone just as much as Sally. And I'm here for him.

Many people of Mobius, show for one of the biggest tragedies in Mobius history. The assassination of the good king, King Max Acorn. The great father of Sally Acorn. He was assassinated with no leads to his death.

Sonic

I.. I can't describe what I feel. I knew the king well. He was close I would say.. But poor Sally... I have never seen my special girl so upset. I mean of course I have seen her cry, but not like this... This is a constant gloomy depression. It literally kills me to see her like this. I never get to see her beautiful smile we we go to bed, I never get a surprise hug, and I don't get happy phones 'call from her. Which she does often. I know this kills her completely.

Everyone walked in a line, and put flowers on the king's open casket. When princess Sally walked up, Sonic went with her. She didn't put a flower down, she put a picture of her and her father when she was a kid, down on his chest. When Sonic walked behind her, she turned around with her most depressed face. Sonic stared at her, with an upset look. He couldn't take it anymore, he ran up to her and hugged her tightly.

It didn't help her, but it did make her feel safe, and comfortable.

Night fell, and they lit the torches all over the castle. Even the once right by his casket. When it got to a certain point, the guards closed the casket. Even they shed tears as the did it.

"Do it.." A gloomy guard said. The other one looked at him, and nodded. He walked over to a lever, who had a pulley to drop the casket into the ground. He pulled it, and the casket fell. That's when the giant crowd really grew in volume. You could hear loud cries, gasps, screams and even yells.

After the guards dismissed the crowd, they left in anguish. Sonic was looking for Sally, when he saw her standing in the middle of the moving crowd. He rushed through the crowd, and over to her. "Sally.." He said faintly. She turned at look at him with massive tears rushing down her face. He ran over to her, but he didn't hug her this time. He took his ceremonial coat off, and put it around her shoulders. He grabbed the side of her waist, and they walked out slowly.

"Silver! Silver where are you!" Blaze kept yelling. He levitated over to her, through the thick crowd. Even he was gloomy, only because the kind died. "Awe Silver.." She said with a guilty tone. She walked over to him quickly, and hugged his neck. "Blaze, let's get going. We need to go with Sally and Sonic In the morning, so we better get to bed." He said sadly.

She pulled off his neck, and stared at his depressed eyes.

"Okay. Let's go." She hugged his arm, and they walked off. There were still some of the people from the funeral in the streets. But not as crowded as the gates. They walked down a sidewalk, and to Blaze's house. "Goodnight Blaze. I'll see you in the morning." He kissed her in the forehead. She walked up the stairs, and to her door, but she stopped and look at Silver walking away. "Wait. Silver!" She faintly yelled.

"Yes?" He turned around curiously. "Do you want to stay the night here for the night?" She said with a curious, but happy smile. He stared at her, and he began to smile. "I would love to." He smiled. He levitated back over to her door. They through living room, and into Blaze's room. Silver slipped his boots off, and crawled into the bed.

Blaze, was dressing infront of the table. Silver and Blaze didn't mind her dressing in the same room, he's seen her in her bra before. By accident and on purpose. And he's a guy of course. She slipped her white tights off, and out on pajama bottoms. She turned around and saw, Silver was already almost asleep.

She slowly slid into bed, and turned facing the same direction as he. He felt her get into the bed, and he put his arm around her. That made Blaze blush brightly. Seconds later, she turned around and kissed him out of nowhere. Opening Silver's eyes big and quickly. She opened her eyes, and smiled at him. "Goodnight Silver." She said, then turned back around.

Silver closed his eyes, still thinking of what just happened. He fell asleep happily.
