"Where is he?" I mumble to myself, wondering where my younger brother is. He had told me that he was going into town again to go buy something for the dogs with all the money I had put into the swear jar. After our little argument, I had owed him quite a lot. I didn't even notice that I curse that much. Sighing I turn my head over to the group of dogs that are watching me intently, as if I was a tv show. My eyebrows shoots up.

"What do you mutts want?" I say, obviously getting no response because they can't even talk. They stay there, not even staring at me, but watching me. I quirk a brow as I raise myself from the couch I was sitting on, and make my way to the staring group of pups.

"You guys aren't just any old fleabags," I say sitting down on the floor in front of them all, "You're ninjas. And that must mean you're trained and dangerous," my eyes narrow, "Don't you dare harm my younger brother. Any of you, or I'll have you all neutered."

Then thats when I realized it. I forgot dog 1 was a girl. I scrunch my nose, thinking. Nah, she won't harm him. She seems to be too nice for that.

I decided to lean back and return the dogs stares, so I just started analyzing them.

Dog 1 was the only female, and she was blue dog with a white stomach, with a black patch of fur on her back. She also had a pretty paper flower in front of her ear.

Dog 2 seemed to be the leader and was this ginger dog with an off-white stomach. He also had piercings everywhere. Which kinda makes me think if his previous owner was dropped as a baby.

Dog 3 this red dog, with a pinkish stomach. He seemed pretty normal. Except for the red fur part.

Dog 4 was this blondeish dog who at first I thought was female, but was wrong. It has its tail tied up in a ponytail, a tuff of fur covering one eye, and to my surprise, mouths on its two front paws.

Dog 5 was the only one that seemed normal to me. Even then I still had a feeling he was weird. He was the all black one, with his tail tied up in a ponytail, just like dog 4.

Dog 6 was the first and last dog I tried to give a proper name to. He was a lighter blue then dog 1 and had little beady eyes. It also had some pretty pointy teeth. Hence me trying to name him "Mr. Sharkington".

Dog 7 was the most annoying one. He was black dog with a white pattern on his face, back, and stomach. Along with his ninja headband, he had some weird ugly necklace around his neck. The only mildly great thing about this dog was his dazzling purple eyes. But all in all, if one of these dogs had to go, it'd be him.

Dog 8 was a calm dog. Yet he was also the dog that walked up to and stared at me when I pulled out my money. He was brown, with some black and white patches. He also has stitches on both of his forelegs.

Dog 9 was this weird ugly dog that was literally half black and half white. It had a tuff of green fur on top of his head, and it had yellow eyes.

Dog 10 was another annoying dog, that was always cheery and bouncing everywhere. He had a black body while having his whole face orange. Though, it always walks around with one eye closed, as if it can't open.

After I analyzed all the dogs, I kinda gained a new perspective of the situation. They are all obviously lab rats that have been tested on multiple times before getting away. I mean, they can't just all be that weird and ugly with being tested on, right?

"Onee-chan, I'm back!"

Being broken out of my thoughts, I reply to the young boy walking into the house with a big bag in each hand.

"Thats great Tsutomu. What you get?" I say, motioning to the bags in his hands.

He smiles widely as he closes the door by kicking it shut. He strode over to sit in front of me before answering.

"I bought things for the doggies." he says without dropping the smile at all.

I give him a confused look. "But Tsutomu, I thought you'd use the money to get yourself something. Like candy."

"I would have. But now we have the doggies. And since their mine I took in the responsibility to buy them their things too."

I smile at my brothers attempt to be responsible. "Awsome. What'd you get 'em?"

His smile grows. "I got them leaches!"

"You mean leashes?" I say raising a brow.

"Yeah that! We don't want them peeing all over the house. You know?" My younger brother says with a wink. I laugh loudly at his little statement before standing up and offering him my hand.

"Lets go take a look at 'em, shall we?" I say smiling. My brother nods quickly and grabs my hand to help himself up. He then grabs the bags and hurriedly runs towards the kitchen table. I couldn't help but giggle and roll my eyes at my younger brothers enthusiasm.

Walking over to the kitchen table myself, I see that Tsutomu has sprawled out everything he had in his bags. I counted exactly 10 collars and leashes.

"Nee-chan take this marker and number them 1-10. Then we can give them to their designated doggies." He says placing a marker in front of me and taking one in his own hand to do the same with the leashes. I bite my lower lip to conceal the giggles escaping my mouth due to his choice of words. For a little genius such as himself, he was pretty ignorant. My brother was an oxymoron on legs, and that very thought made me chuckle to myself. He'll grow out it.

After I was done, I nudged him softly to let him know I was finished.

"Okay nee-chan, I'm on the last one." he says as he finishes writing the number 10 on the final leash. He looks to me and smiles, before he gets up. I raise my eyebrow in suspicion as he walks around me but lower it when I realize he's just picking up all the dogs' stuff.

The collars and leashes were all black. The collars had a empty silver circle in the middle, to which I wrote the numbers on, and the leashes have the same silver circle dangling from the part where you're supposed to connect the leash to the collar, to which Tsutomu had written the numbers on.

After Tsutomu had picked them all up, he turned to me with a closed eye smile.

"Lets go put on these babies, I'm dying to walk them."

"Your enthusiasm never surprises me." I reply as I roll my eyes and follow him back into the living room.

But as soon a we walked in, I wish I hadn't. Because damned dog 7 was already lifting his leg to pee on the side of the couch. All the others were either shaking their heads with disppointment or looking away. My brother had dropped everything he was carrying and stared at the daring dog with his mouth open in disbelief.

"Dont y-" before I can even utter the rest of the words, the trickling sound of liquid hitting the couch was echoing throught the house.

"YOU. MOTHER FU-"

"94, nee-chan, 94!" Tsutomu scolded. I close my eyes and let out a deep breath, while I lick my lips then bite my lower one.

A little something I do to try and calm myself when I'm extremely pissed. I open my eyes slowly and give a hardcore glare at the pup, who now is sitting and wiggling his eyebrows at me in a daring manner.

Oh so he's testing my patience, I see? Well I'm about to show him how much I dont have.

I tilt my head till I hear it crack, then proceed to crack my knuckles. "You are quite the idiot dog. When you were being tested on, I presume they removed your brain, no?" I ask teasingly, making the dog narrow his eyes at me.

"Its okay though, when I'm done cracking your head open, I'll see for myself." I say. The dog widens his eyes before standing and scurrying away from me.

"You can run but you can't hide, boybitch." I recite, smirking wickedly.
