Perfectly Fine (part 2)

You see, this is what's making all my problems worse
I'm dwelling on them so much and letting them poison my head
I know I'm okay. I honestly don't need anyone else's help
I get sad and upset and annoyed often, but that doesn't make me broken
I just have to relax and not let all these things have such a big negative affect on me
I know how to deal with all this
So why do I get so emotional?
