I creepily count the days on the calendar.
About forty weeks and a day or two
Until I'll get to see him again.Time speeds by faster and faster,
But at the same time, the months stretch so slowly
And it feels like July will never comeThough I'm sure that once it does,
I'll laugh and think to myself "hey,
October 4th wasn't too long ago."It's been just under eleven weeks since I last saw him,
And even now I feel like he's become a distant memory
How will I feel after twelve weeks? Fifteen weeks? Thirty weeks? Will I still have such strong feelings for him after so much time?
Will he still have feelings for me?
Will we know what to say to each other when we meet again?I don't know what the future holds
Let's wait 'till we get there
And enjoy the ride
