If we got together again,
That would make me so happy,
And I'd do my best to make you happy too.
If we got together again,
I would always respect you.
I'd make sure to ask your permission before kissing you or anything.
And if you wanted to play D&D after school instead of hanging out alone with me,
I'd let you go have fun, without making a scene.
If we got together again,
You wouldn't have to devote too much time for me.
I would hope to get to spend a few minutes with you at least once or twice a day, that's all if you're busy;
And maybe once in a while we could spend some more time together alone.
I don't want to pressure you into doing anything you don't want to, though.
If we got together again,
I would find ways to show you that I love you,
Instead of telling you a thousand times a day.
If we got together again,
I wouldn't follow you everywhere you went.
I wouldn't complain to you so much,
And I wouldn't talk about killing myself.
If we got together again,
I promise I would be better than I was before,
And I'd do my best to be someone you could be proud of.
