Biting my lip tiredly, I put the prepared food back in the fridge before grabbing my bag and heading out the door quietly. The boys stayed over till later yesterday so I didn't end up drinking unfortunately, though I really wanted to. I'm not at all ready to attempt school again.
When I get there, I keep my head down. I don't want to deal with anyone if I can help it. My manager may have thought that me changing to my glasses and colored contacts, changing to wear more makeup would be a good cover, but I don't. There's no hiding my piercings that I've refused on multiple accounts to remove. There's no hiding my mint green to a light blue short hair. Even if I did remove my piercings, my hair tends to be a good give away.
Heading into my classroom just as the bell rings, I look around to realize the three youngest BTS members are all in here. Jimin looks at me in surprise while Jungkook and Taehyung look at me in the way you would to someone who looks familiar by can't place why.
"Class, we have a new student joining us. Will you please introduce yourself?" Ms. Mang, our teacher speaks to grab everyone's attention.
"Song Saejing. Nice to meet everyone." I speak, my voice on the verge of being cold. I don't want to be here. I don't want to make any friends. I don't want the attention.
"Thank you, Ms. Song. You can take a seat next to Taehyung in the back." She says with a slight frown. Mentally groaning, all of the girls instantly start glaring at me as I walk reluctantly towards the familiar boy. Jimin and Jungkook are sat in the two seats in front of ours. Great.
"Saejing?!" Taehyung whispers in surprise as I take a seat next to him. I just roll my eyes at the boy, pulling out my notebook.
However, as soon as our teacher begins her lesson for the first half of the day, he silences and give her his full attention. I just shake my head at the information she's giving us. I've learned all of this a while ago. Instead, I start drawing in my notebook absentmindedly as I stare out the window.
When the bell eventually rings, I close my notebook and put it in my bag. It's an absolute waste of my time to be here when I have as much to be getting done in these next three months as I do.
"Saejing, you know I don't need watched that closely, right?" Jimin says quietly with a frown as we all stand. I roll my eyes.
"Jiminie, I'm not here because of you." I tell him as I walk out. Of course, the three of them follow closely behind.
"What are you doing here then?" Jungkook asks curiously as we walk down the hall. Sighing in frustration, I turn to look at the boy.
"Attempting to attend school. The same as the three of you." I answer. They all frown at me in confusion.
"You've not graduated yet?" Jimin asks in confusion. Biting my lip, I shake my head. That's not exactly a story I'd like to explain. Technically, if Jimin and I hadn't become trainees, we would've graduated two years ago.
"But how? You should've graduated two years ago." He says with a frown.
"I could say the same to you." I answer as we enter the canteen. All of the schools are set up the same these days. It's the only reason I didn't need help finding it. Taking a seat at an empty table, Jimin follows suit and sits while Jungkook and Taehyung get in line for food.
"You should be eating lunch, Jiminie." I tell him as I pull out my notebook.
"You should be eating too, Jing." He responds. I just shake my head.
"You're the one we're worried about right now. Besides, I had a large breakfast." I lie. I didn't eat anything. He gives me a look that says he doesn't believe me, though he doesn't argue and stands to get in line for food with the other two.
