Gudrun and Daniel were already in their second week of their Honeymoon they were spending in Las Vegas. They had done a lot of things, went out to be tourists in the wonderful city and they enjoyed the sun that shone for a lot of hours on the days. As they wanted to make sure they saw a lot of things around and didn't waste their time, they decided to go shopping and have days off in the second week. Things were getting more and more easy between the two of them, they enjoyed each others company a lot and they were liking each other more and more as well. Gudrun didn't feel nervous about kissing Daniel anymore, it slowly began to feel normal, however she did love the feeling of the butterflies flying around in her body as he leaned in towards her, looking at her with those gorgeous dark eyes. The morning started quite early for them as they wanted to make the best out of their day.
Daniel's alarm rung at half past eight, making him sleepily reach out for his phone to turn it off. "Is it time?". Gudrun muttered as her head rested on his chest. "Mhm, five more mins". Daniel hummed, his fingers moving through her hair that was messed up while sleeping. "We'll never get out then". She laughed and sat up, stretching her arms above her head. "Are you sure?". His hand moved over her spine, making her shiver slightly. She looked at him from over her shoulder, a smile curling her lips. "Pretty sure. Want some coffee? Or are you more in the mood for some tea?". Gudrun asked while getting up, making him briefly look at her as she was wearing a simple top and some shorts. "Coffee is fine". Daniel yawned and she nodded, making her way out of the bedroom. He smiled to himself as he looked up at the ceiling, he was wide awake now anyway.
He swung his legs over the edge of the bed and sat up, rubbing his eyes and moving a hand through his curls. He didn't bother pulling a shirt on as he was planning on taking a shower after breakfast anyway. "Oh, Dan!". Daniel looked up as he heard her voice from out of the kitchen. He quickly made his way to Gudrun and she waved with an enveloppe. "We got a new letter I think". She sat down on a high chair at the kitchen island and he moved to stand behind her, leaning his chin on her shoulder, his arm around her to lean on the counter that way. Gudrun pried the thing open with her nails and took the folded paper out. "Dear Daniel and Gudrun, the first week has already passed and you've done a lot, we've organised a lot for you. We hope our programme pleased you and you want to continue this honeymoon vacation. As Mr. Ricciardo is a part of the Aston Martin Red Bull Racing team, we have collaborated with them and made sure you know also have the oppertunity to get away with your car".
Gudrun looked up at Daniel with a smile. "You can use it this week as we leave this week's planning up to you. Have a great week, the organisation of Married At First Sight". She finished. "Sweet". Daniel stood up straight and grinned. "Let's take a look in front of the house first then". Daniel was already on his way to the front door and opened it to step outside, on his barefeet, which made Gudrun scoff, but she sprinted after him on her slippers. A dark grey Aston Martin was parked on the porch and they made their way to it. "Okay, that's a stunner". Gudrun mentioned, padding the tires to find the keys, but they were on Daniel's side. "Throw back your coffee and stuff that piece of bread, we're going on a ride". He smirked and she excitedly squealed, clapping her hands as if she was a teenage girl. She walked back to the house in front of him, but Daniel grabbed her waist and threw her over his shoulder, making her giggle loudly. "I have the keys, I'm going to drive". She squealed as she took them from his pocket while hanging upside down.
"Do you even have a license, ma'am?". Daniel jokingly asked, jogging down the hallway and eventually throwing her on the bed. "Freeze!". He yelled, making her laugh even louder as he held some fingerguns out at her. "License and registration please". She took her phone and showed him the license she had in her case. "This is fake, we've got a runner!". He pretended to talk into his radio and she swore she was married to a five year old. His hands grabbed her waist and his fingers tickled her, causing her to gasp as she couldn't handle a tickle death at all. Her laughter echoed through the bedroom and tears blurred her vision. "I surrender". She breathed, finally letting go of the keys so he could take them. Gudrun looked up at him as he hovered over her, his face close to hers. Her teeth grazed over her lower lip as they were still curled up into a smile. "I suggest you'd get off me if you still want to go out today". She said, making him get out of his stare down at her. "Yeah, of course". Daniel said, hiding his flushed cheeks as he got up again.
