Drying his body with a towel, Daniel still stood outside under the stars as Gudrun was inside of the apartment to take a shower first. His lips were still tingling with the kiss they shared, his mouth almost cramping with how much he was smiling all the time. His phone rang and he moved to pick it up from the table he had laid the device on. "Hey, Dan. How's the married life?". The voice of his friend Nick rang through his ears and he chuckled. "Pretty good actually". He replied. "We're in Vegas". He continued. "I know". Nick simply responded. "Everyone knew about the honeymoon destination except for you guys". He laughed and Daniel rolled his eyes, of course, he could've expected that. "So, are you having fun, with her?". Daniel could almost see the pervert look on Nick's face in his mind with him asking that question. "Yeah, we're having fun. Just went for a swim, the apartment is huge. Gudrun's in the shower at the moment". He explained.

"You didn't ba...". "No, I didn't bang her yet". Daniel replied with a roll of his eyes and he heard laughter on the other side of the line. "Just kidding, but a lil' smooch?". The Australian bit his lip to hold in his laughter now at his friend's choice of words. "There might have been a lil' smooch, yes". He said, looking over his shoulder as Gudrun walked through the living room to the kitchen and got herself a glass of water. "As long as you're still having fun. I'm happy for you, really". Nick said in all seriousness. "I hope she's the one". He added and Daniel still looked at Gudrun. "Me too". He softly replied. He said goodbye to his friend and rubbed the towel over his hair before getting his feet in his slippers and walking inside of the apartment. "You can shower if you want". Gudrun said as she heard him coming in. "Yes, I will. I smell like the chlorine water". Daniel complained and scrunched his nose, making her let out a breathy chuckle.

Gudrun watched him turn around and walk through the hall way to the bathroom, his towel around his waist and his slippers making the squeaking noise that made her giggle a bit to herself. She was just texting Fallon and Michelle about her flight and the amazing apartment they got to spend their honeymoon in. It all seemed a bit like a dream and she was sure the surreal feeling would leave after a decent night of sleep. She told her mother about how nice Daniel was and that she definitely started to feel butterflies when he looked at her, not because of the programme that send them here and brought them together, but she truly liked him. And he was very, very handsome. His curls jetblack and those curls definitely got the girls. She dug her teeth in her lower lip at the thought of his shirtless body and how she had felt his abdomen against herself when they kissed. Yeah, they kissed.

She was zoned out enough to not even notice Daniel came back in the kitchen and moved passed her to get a glass as well. "Oh, I'm sorry, I didn't notice you". Gudrun sheepishly said and moved out of the way, making him smile and shake his head. "It's fine, it's not like you're too tall or something". He teasingly said and she rolled her eyes with a smile. She was very small compared to him, her head would maybe reach his shoulders if she stood on her tippy toes. "My friends were curious to know how we spend our time already". She mentioned and Daniel nodded. "Mine too". Daniel's eyes briefly looked down as the screen of her phone lit up again. "Can I get your number?". Gudrun looked back up at him and they both started to laugh at how that sounded. "Wow, I married you but I don't even have your number yet". She giggled and he laughed too, handing her his phone so she could type it in. "I'll just name you 'wife'". He said with a grin and she smiled, her cheeks becoming warm at the thought.

"I don't know about you, but I'd like to discover the bedroom". Daniel stretched his arms above his head and yawned. "Oh". Gudrun said, raising her eyebrows. "No, not that way!". He lifted his hands in defeat and she laughed. "I'm just kidding, I know what you mean". Not that she would mind... Daniel chuckled and sighed in relief, loving that she was funny too. Gudrun walked through the hallway to get to the bedroom, where their suitcases also laid. "The bed is made out of two beds, I don't know if you want to sleep together or apart or...?". She shyly said, not sure if he felt that comfortable with her yet. "I'm fine wherever you're fine with". Daniel said and she nodded. "I don't mind to sleep in one bed, together". She said, stammering a bit, which made her laugh about herself. "Okay". Daniel smiled too and Gudrun made her way out of the bedroom to brush her teeth in the bathroom. She somehow felt a bit nervous again, this would be their first night together.
