It was a few months after the incident. They were back to being strangers. The only thing different that Jana noticed was that Jihun no longer hangs out with other students. He immediately goes home after school.

He also resigned from a couple of clubs including the student council. She wanted to talk to him but he always pretends she's invisible and rushes to get away from her whenever she tries to approach him.

When she entered the school after a month without talking to Jihun, she saw the result but instead of being happy, she feels empty.

1. Jeon Jana (Valedictorian) - 99.78
2. Lee Kyunghee (Salutatorian) - 93.25
3. Kim Jihun (First Honorable Mention)— 92.67

Jihun came in their classroom late with a bunch of papers. She spent the entire day looking at him and being disappointed because never did once he looked at her direction.

When he told him to leave her alone, she didn't mean this. She meant to let her think. She meant that the shouldn't do again what happened.

The teachers hand in the result and the commencement program for their graduation. She immediately put it inside her bag. When Jihun stood up, she quickly chase him.

"Jihun, wait." She called but he didn't turn around. He began to walk briskly and with his long legs, she had to run a little to catch up.

"Jihun—" Nothing as if she was shouting into a vacuum.

When she saw him getting into his car she quickly ran and positioned herself in front of the car and peek into the windshield and smiling.

Jihun opened the car door, and got off.

"Congratulations." Jana said smiling. Jihun gave her a little nod and got in the car again. She could feel her chest tightens.

She was unmoved. Waiting and smiling at the windshield eventhough she couldn't see him with the dark tint.

When she heard his horn, she moved away. His car went pass by her and her shoulder slumped in surrender. She walked to the gates and decided to drink a milkshake first. She was walking to the bus stop when a car stopped beside her.

"It's late. I'll see you home." Jihun said.

She got in the car smiling at him while he was looking at the road.

"Would uncle be disappointed that you didn't get—"

"They don't care. They're happy I'm graduating with honors. Neither does your parent." Jihun quickly said.

It was clear that he didn't want to talk so she took out the rubik's cube from her bag and play.

Her father and brother was playing catch in front of their building. She was shocked that Jihun also got out of the car which he normally doesn't do.

She ran towards her brother and gave him a candy.

Jihun saw Jungkook telling her something as Jihun approached their direction. Jana carried her brother and got inside the building.

"Hi, Uncle."

"Hi. Wanna come upstairs and have some drink?" Jungkook said.

"Nah, it's okay. I actually wanted to talk to you. Can we— talk?" He said.

"Sure." They both sat at the bench as Jihun clasps his hands.
