It feels like an eternity waiting for his Uncle Jungkook and his Avô to talked. They were still sitting at the patio when he took a glimpse. He read his phone messages and saw a couple of missed calls from her mom.
Then he saw Hayoon's text messages. It seems she forgot about everything and he's glad. At least she wouldn't remember how Woojin molested her. She wouldn't also remember that he told her he loves her.But the last thing he wants is for her to be worried.
Taewon was massaging his temple when Jungkook came in. "How did it go?""I need to fly back Taewon. My wife would kill me if I stayed here for another day but you need to stay, they have a warrant of arrest for you." Jungkook told him.
Miguel came in and he looked at his grandson. It baffles him that he's so different from her daughter and almost the exact opposite of his son-in-law. "Are you regretting your actions?"
They were both surprised when Taewon shake his head. "I'm not. If there's something I regret is that I didn't kill him when I got the chance. Avô, I'm sorry I have to ask your help. Uncle told me you could help me. If you're disappointed at me and want to disown me, you can, just put him in jail where he can't hurt Hayoon. I'll even go to jail Avô— Just— I don't want him to hurt her."
"You're not going to jail. Not on my watch." Miguel said. "The three of us will go home tomorrow morning."
"Actually I need to catch the plane tonight. My wife—" Jungkook intervened.
"Tomorrow morning." Miguel looked at him coldly.
"That's what I said. The three of us will go home tomorrow morning. I need to call my wife tonight. Did I say it differently?"
Before Jungkook can dial Jinri's number, his phone already rang.
"You fucking cry baby! What the hell are you doing at our house with my fucking son."
