(QING)

"I am starting to hate your grandfathers, let me tell you both."

Dayu and I looked at each other as BaoBao grumbled while taking a big bite from his pizza. "Eng yum Maba yeft your ohm?" He added while chewing.

I cringed while Dayu laugh. SengYou Gege plucked some tissue to dab at BaoBao's mouth. "Can you please swallow the food in your mouth before talking? And for goodness sake's chew!" My brother grumbled.

The four of us are having dinner in our home after Gege's press conference. I invited my brother and BaoBao over so they can see Dayu as well. We are dining on take out pizza, fried chicken and soda.

BaoBao glared at my brother before taking a gulp of soda and swallowing. "Your Baba left your home?" He asked Dayu more distinguishly.

Dayu nodded before giggling, "My parents are rebelling so they are stow aways now..."

"In a luxury hotel?" Gege chuckled at that.

Dayu nodded, "My Baba has money. Well, you all know that..."

Yes, I am now having a clear idea just how rich Dayu's family are. Or how influential. The connections they have and the amount of money in their disposal.

The Fengs starts with money and they marry money. They are your typical family from old money who alligned themselves based on riches and connections. Generations after generations, their connections and influence reached far.

"It's really hard to go up against your grandfather, Dayu." BaoBao sighed. "He is way too smart for this...that article about Qing's grandfather is way unpredictable."

"I understand. For someone so private, my Grampy decided to use a medium so public that I never imagined he will do it." Dayu sighed before turning to me. "At least, you and your family came up with a clever plan to turn the news away from you Wowo's past..."

"It's all Qing," my brother said. "Qing planned and executed the press conference that happened and the commercial we launched today."

"I see," Dayu leaned in to kiss my cheek. "Thank you for fixing things,"

I shrugged, "It's my fault anyways," I said.

"I still find it amazing that the feud your grandfathers have is because of a woman," BaoBao pouted a little at my brother, "Your Nana must have been one extraordinary woman..."

"She was," I nodded. "But no matter how extraordinary a person is, having two men fight a lifelong feud doesn't make any sense..."

"It's not the person, it's the circumstances," Dayu said.

"What do you mean by that?" Gege and I both grew curious at what he said.

"It's like this," Dayu leaned closer to me. "You and I, we are not extraordinary. Our story, it's not out of the norm. We met, we dated, we feel in love. But what makes our story complicated is the circumstances surrounding our family..."

I gaped at him. Following his logic, "If our families are not feuding..."

"This is will be another boring love story," BaoBao supplied the rest of my thoughts.

"Exactly," Dayu pointed his chopsticks on BaoBao. "Grampy, your Wowo and Nana are all normal people, what's not normal was their circumstances some fifty years ago..."
