As I walked closer to the boisterous crowds, I noticed that the entire school was categorised into different groups of sociability.
There were a group of nerds to my left to which I caught a glimpse of them saying "No Peter. It's (x+y)x52/3". I hated maths and I wasn't fust on nerds so I knew I didn't want too be in that group.
As I walked further 3 egotistical girls came up to me and purposely barged into me shouting "Ew what are you wearing. That was so last year hunny". Considering what they were wearing, I actually looked like I lived in this century. I gave them a look and strode off ignoring whatever it was they were gossiping about.
I approached the crowds that were chanting something about nominations for prom king and queen. As I headed to the office to check myself in, I saw a handsome, tall, admirable young man. He was perfect with dark brown hair, scorching brown hazelnut eyes, like owl's eyes which proved to me that he was wise and brave. I walked past him giving him a cheeky smile to which he returned back. Was he my first friend?
Sitting in the office for what seemed like 2 hours only turned out to be 30 minutes. I sat waiting for them to confirm all of my details about how I arrived here and all that. My first impressions of this school were quite good and the people who came here seemed nice enough.
I was assigned my time table in which I had maths first, with Mr Longway. As I've already explained I hated maths and having a male teacher made the situation even worse. For some reason, I never really got on with male teachers, I don't know why, perhaps because I only had one male teacher that taught me in my previous school, I feel more comfortable with a female teacher.
I arrived at my maths class dreading too hear the sound of people judging me like they would do with any other typical new school kid. I walked in whilst Mr Longway was giving a speech on how we should never be late for class and all that. He asked me what my name was to which I replied "Lily". He assigned me with a seat and began the lesson. The same young handsome man that smiled at me earlier was sitting right next too me. I gave him another smile and with that two words came out of his mouth. "Hello Lily".
